Clean room and great staff
-
Marlowe at the front desk is AWESOME very helpful great personality for her position. Where to begin. The worker Renee, was one of the rudest ppl I have met especially in her line of business. Very unprofessional dealings with the pool using foul language with children around approaching guests with issues with a horrible attitude passing her in the walkway, rude snotty doesn’t smile very impolite, etc. Pool not open until noon, which is very unheard of. the maintenance guy instead of cleaning pool, washes a pitbull and other dog on the lounge chairs that ppl sit on for approximately two hours Never cleaning pool Drug deals happening in the parking lot. While in the room, disgusting floors that have not been mopped. And if mopped very poor job bedspreads full of cigarette burns and they hold a $50 deposit so if you do anything to the room… You will be charged when there are already damaged items. Definitely not a good experience visited over two years ago. Decent experience this experience was horrible. Your sign by the road states come enjoy our pool. In which Renée closed it twice due to bad weather in which second time weather was fine.

Nosey questions about my room preferences during check in
-
Breakfast was great The pool closed at nine and didn't reopen till eleven. Well I checked in at nine and had to check out at eleven so didn't get to use the pool at all. And that was the main reason for picking that hotel

Room was disgusting! Wish I could show the pictures.

The front desk lady was very attentive and kind. They had clean rooms. I had a hot tub in room, coffee pot, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and ice bucket. Very accommodating. Staff on point. Best breakfast i have had at a hotel. With a little dining area in front lobby. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I asked at the front desk for one, she looked and came back and said there were none. I ended up going into my car and using my camping blanket. The towels were thin and scratchy, something I would use to wash my car. I don't expect luxury when I stay at a hotel, but this was way subpar.

below average but seemingly typical for this chain. We didn't need in room amenities. The sink in the room took over 5 minutes to drain and left deposits in the sink.

Not very good breakfast Breakfast

The staff When we arrived all of the doors were open which could have led to rodents being let in.

someone had key to room and broke into room when i was in the room. apparently they didnt change the key card between guests. front desk and staff not helpful at all

Breakfast menu was poor. I did not feel safe (there was a drunk person in front of my room when I arrive, and I've seen some shady activity from people straying/living in the premises).

It was located close to the event that we were attending. We did book a double/double bed room, because it was all that was available at the time, and once we arrived the staff changed it to a king room and we added an extra night, in which we did not stay. The room smelled like a boys locker room. The bed was so hard that we left a day early. The property manager needs to get with the front desk to make sure that they are aware of all of the changes that are made. Were disturbed while trying to sleep in 3 times, and then told to go to the desk.

The hot tub in the room was not functional. Everything else worked as stated in the description.
