Nice and clean, nice pool The staff was not welcoming, the only staff member that was pleasant. Was the foreign man that checked us in upon arrival. There was nothing that happened to bring me to that opinion except that every single time You would pass one in the hall or by the desk. They would look at you and look away. Not at all friendly, any of them. I would find that a problem if I was the other or the manager which probably one or more were managers.

Positives: room ready on time, multiple options for breakfast. easy parking.

Was given a handicap room without asking

The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.

The moment we walked in the hotel it was obvious that the staff was ready to serve the young lady at desk i believe her name was Jowanda the fact she showed grace and kindness to us as she was dealing with sadness in her own personal life, she smiled and took the time to understand what we needed and never made us feel unheard, the next morning the male desk clerks, housekeeping was just as kind courteous and aimed to please. Breakfast was always hot, many options with a staff member who served us with his smile, I believe he is the father to Mrs. Jowanda. This place very clean, professional, smells great and amenities all exceptional. Service with Love and smiles that are genuine 💕 ill absolutely be back here when we return to see family and will not stay anywhere else. This hotel has a loyal customer for life..
