Great location, great price. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfy. Loved that coffee was available all day in the lobby, not just for breakfast. Breakfast was good, especially the pastries.But only hard boiled eggs,no scrambled eggs. Or hot food, unless u count toast and bagels.

Besides, the customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Free parking and free breakfast provided by the hotel are the two important features that makes one’s stay worthwhile.

The gentleman that was on staff when I checked in, and also the next evening was extremely helpful and attentive to my requests. Also, the lady who was stocking the breakfast buffet and coffee on Sunday morning, ran into some issues with the yogurt machine. Despite the extra time it took to resolve the issue, she was very apologetic and kind and got everything restocked as quickly as possible. She is an asset to your hotel! I also found my room, very clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

My tub was not working properly. I advised the front desk. The beds were very comfortable and controlling the room temperature was easy

So read the reviews and was a little bit skeptical about this property. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived . There is ample parking. Hotel lobby is clean and checked in with no issues. Friendly staff. Booked a room with two queen beds, it was a nice size, clean and simple. Beds were comfortable. We did have a little mini fridge, however on the amenities Page it does State that there is a microwave in the room and that is not the case the only microwave we found was downstairs in the front lobby area by their little snack mart that you have to pay for so I was not happy with that. Other than that, everything else was great air kept the room cool no issues with that and no issues with the temperature of the shower. The only thing I will say that the other people that were staying on the property were very inconsiderate and very loud in the hallways so you could hear them unfortunately the hotel has no control over that but again people are just not considerate anymore. The continental breakfast is a lot to be desired. If you’re going there expecting a good breakfast it is absolutely not the case I have stayed at a plethora of other hotels being a Hilton honors member and this one by far was the worst so I would not Bank on eating breakfast there. The location is good due to the fact that there were many other places that you could eat breakfast at. The only other thing was I had to wait for about 15 minutes to actually check out and get a receipt.

Exceptional

Our beds were covered in hair. Under the covers. Our shower wasn’t clean. We found a clump of hair on the desk and Bobby pins on the floor. We went down to ask the front desk for help since nobody answered the desk phone. He never apologized just said”i can’t change your room”. He did come and change out the linens on the bed but it still didn’t feel clean given everything else. The walls were super thin and we could hear everything from the rooms around us. And the traffic noise outside was extraordinarily loud. Over all a terrible experience. Oh and it smelled musty and dirty.

Breakfast could have been better. Not too many options.

Great place, had everything we needed!

It was great!! Moved over from a different nearby hotel and so happy I did.

The room was spacious, clean, and very nice. I stayed two nights. During the first night, there were some kids running up and down the hall as well as the stairwell. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away. There were no more disturbances. Not sure why the parents would allow their kids to run amok in a hotel in the late evening while people where trying to sleep, but the the hotel handled it. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, standard continental breakfast fare plus some boiled eggs. I liked the location. There was plenty of parking. It was very convenient to the highway, easy off and on. There are lots of places to shop, eat, and get gasoline. I would certainly stay there again!
