Nothing we didn’t stay It’s was nasty and dirty and after going to three dirty nasty rooms the third one had poop on the wall I wish I had photos

Everything was old, and the bed had insects.

Bugs in the bathroom and on the floor/walls, felt unclean, would not recommend

Staff was rude. Not welcoming there was no hot water. Rooms wasn’t clean it was dirty lining left in room

They have roaches crawling on the walls and all over the bathroom as soon as I got in the room

no wifi which was necessary for me. heard them tell many versions of why. but heard the man on the phone telling the company "they'd paid $2000 already it should be enough to get it back on"

Convenient being close to stores and restaurants. The foundation in the room is bowing down from roof or water damage. The air conditioning was leaking and they had a small trash can underneath collecting the water. Big water stain on curtain above window. The floors did not look swept or mopped. The tv has only about 4 channels, The wifi was out the whole stay there. The tub was not clean with a bunch of hair in it. Front desk was not very nice to one of the customers who had paid already to stay and was trying to look around lobby and something just seemed very odd the whole stay.

I liked the fact it was not far where me and my family were traveling to It didn't like the drinks or drug Attic. Was yelling racist comments to me and my daughter and grandson . And the person at the front desk said they will talk to the person. I traveled a long way to see my family . I have never had to go through something so terrible my son traveled from Canton Ohio to make sure we were safe.

The toilets at room 332 was non working, n. Was not responded in time and had to use fiends room for using rest rooms

Disgusting and horrendous. We checked in, next to the Xmas tree that was still up, greeted by a musty smell in the lobby. All amenities were closed, the room was awful and smelled worse than the lobby. We left and checked into another hotel within 15 minutes. That place should be closed, embarrassing that it’s located in that area.

Staff was nice and trying to be helpful. Overall beds are comfortable and clean. Location is good and walking distance to restaurants and stores. Room was OK but looked / felt old. Not a lot of equipments in room or outside (no fridge, no coffee machine, ice machine not working on most floors). Other residents were questionable: it seems that they have a lot of long term residents.
