Super 8 by Wyndham Copley Akron

Not a fully clean room, not everything could be used, I was given a key to an already taken room. They rushed me out of the room even after paying extra to stay late.

Need more for breakfast then waffles, cereal and fruit. Unless that is what a contiential breakfast has come too now days.

Breakfast was not to good, very limited. A C was great.

And very moldy And very perfume smelly

I would stay at this hotel again it was clean, and the staff was professional and very helpful.

Location of the hotel was great with several restaurants nearby. It provided easy access to different parts of Cuyahoga National Park and Blossom Music Center. However, our room wasn’t the cleanest, and there was a smell in the hallway. The bed was directly in front of the loud air conditioning unit freezing the person on that side of the bed. We had a room with a kitchen and the refrigerator door opened into the counter with no room to get around. We had to lean over the fridge door to access.

This place was so awful, we had to leave immediately and find another hotel. I've never done that before. The tub was stained and gross. The sheets on the bed were literally see-through in patches, and the whole place smelled of cigarettes. There was a person who appeared to be homeless sitting near one of the entrances. We didn't even sit down before heading to the front desk to get a refund. Unfortunately that process is difficult when booking through a site like this, but we left anyway. The whole experience was uncomfortable.

I will not stay here again.

room is clean but there was no iron or hair dryer provided. expect a better breakfast compared to other super8 hotels.

Our room door was broken - it would not latch - they could not give us a different room since they were booked up. We had to sleep in the room with the door not locked and only the deadbolt

I could not stay. I had a death in the family in NYC and no waynto cancel it.

Sheets were dirty, bathroom was also dirty. Would not recommend

Breakfast was a joke. Syrup was running everywhere. The waffle maker was covered in batter. The tables were not wiped off. There was no juice one banana and no other fruit. I could go on, but you get the point. Our room was disgusting. It made my anxiety go through the roof. We would’ve left, but it was late at night and there were no other rooms in the hotel. There was dog hair packed in the corners of the bathroom, especially and the room smelled like a dog grooming parlor. That was hair in the bathtub and the chrome fixtures were coming off the side of the shower. The ceiling was peeling off in many spots. There was mold in the bathtub/shower. There were no tissues in the toilet paper holder and roll were underneath the counter in the bathroom. There was also piles of dog hair and popcorn in the corners of the bedroom. I have pictures of all of this. It looked like the room was never cleaned. All night it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture. To top it off the fire alarm went off as a false alarm in the middle of the night.

This is by far the best hotel for the price staff we're great and it allows dogs the breakfast was a plus

Towels and washcloths stained anf dirty looking. No housekeeping services provided or new towels/washcloths provided during our 3 night stay.

There was a hole in the bed spread from wear and tear, or a burn. The bathtub needs detail cleaning to remove the stains and streaks that do not merely wash off. The towels were clean, but half were past their expiration date. And there was a patch of missing bathroom ceiling plaster. Overall, the property staff work hard to provide value. This is definitely worth considering for a future stay, considering the high degree of feeling safe, the ability to get restful sleep, and the variety of restaurants and stores nearby. The business would do well to inspect each and every room, inventory and complete the fixes, then post photos for a current reflection. Granted, that's not always easy, when just the day-to-day management takes a lot of time and energy. However, to be a top contender, you have to be ready to decide your investment for a good return both on the short and long term.
