There was mold in the bathroom in one of the rooms. The other room was better.

Nothing The room was kept at a hot temperature and the temperature control was broken. Ac didn’t not work and the window in our room had no screen.when we complained the people at the front basically told us that it was up to us.This hotel is poorly ran and maintenance wasn’t it .I paid for a suite with a tub and the tubs jets didn’t even work. The tub was disgusting too.

It was a total mess when i got to my room after driving 500 miles and shower wasnt cleaned. Had a meeting at 6pm and couldn't take a shower. Never stay at any Wyndham hotels again Smokers out by back door, felt like i smoked a pack of cigarettes when i walked past them.

The room was nice with plenty of space & the included toiletries was a wonderful touch. Although very minimal it was nice to have a breakfast option! Where to start... first the guy at the front desk did not know how to check the message my wife sent about me being the one staying despite her booking the room so I had to bother her while she was trying to recover after major surgery! Then the huge building is actually 2 hotels & ours was on the backside but there are only 4 doors to get in so we had to walk forever to find our room! On the 1st morning we were jolted out of bed by the fire alarm going off at 6:15am! As my daughter & I exited our room we were told by other guest that it was just some guy smoking in the hallway & it happens all the time. When I talked to the front desk clerk he just acted like it was no big deal!!! Guess what the exact same thing happened on the 2nd morning around 7:30am... this time the front desk said it was from burnt toast in someone's toaster in a room on the 5th floor! Why do all the alarms go off in the whole building for a toaster! So I ask for a late check out because once again my sleep has been interrupted & I have a 9 hour drive to make. The answer was yes for $20 extra!!! You got to be kidding me! Never again!

Black mold issue in under shower tubs needs seriously be addressed. Washing machine been out of order my whole stay. Weds and trash around property need picked up. Two orbs in TV was annoying on every channel. Staff was courteous an helpful very friendly.price was good breakfast was good.

The location was convenient. The hotel was disgusting. There was peeling paint, water damage on the walls, mold in the shower, burn holes in both comforters. We honestly were unsure if the room was previously cleaned or not. There were lotion smears on the table in the room, the curtains didn't fit the windows. Honestly if it wasn't 130 in the morning and we didn't have to be on the road again by 6am we would not have stayed there. It was the most disgusting hotel room we've ever stayed in.

Giant soaker tubs. After staying several times due to the price and convenience, was accused of not paying for a previous night despite having receipts, confirmations, and them not giving keys without payment. Had police called on me for arguing about payment; had a 2 night prepaid stay, essentially stolen from me.

Breakfast was a joke there was only cereal and bagels and pancakes all foods that are off limits to diabetics then the biggest issue I had was the accessible room I requested I have a friend who's in a wheelchair who was going to spend a couple of nights at the hotel with me but she couldn't because there was no accessibility you can't put handrails in the bathroom and call it accessible if you're just spending a night or two it's fine just remember you get what you pay for

Do NOT stay at this property. The lobby is VERY decieving. The hallways are scary. The rooms are very outdated and poorly maintainenced. The sheets were stained. I asked for a bed change and never got it. Suspicious males were hanging out by the side entrances waiting for people.ti.scan their room keys to get inside the property. When I told the front desk I was.leacing and didnt feel.safe he looked right at me and said "I completely understand. I will refund your money." With this look.

The price and the muffins weee good. The staff was friendly and competent from the checkin to the housekeeping even to the maintenance staff. The coffee was Weak, the beds were hard, the sheets and blankets we're stiff (and had strange stains), there was sunflower seeds from someone else by the fridge, hair in the bathtub and the phone to call the front dest (for a wakeup call) didnt work.
