The jacuzzi tub in our room was so discusting. There was nasty stuff in the bubbles so we couldnt use it. The ceiling was falling apart. The continental breakfast wasnt fully out by 830.

If I had known this was a Super 8 hotel, I never would've stayed here. Other family members checked in before we did and told us they had to change rooms due to mold in the bathtub. First thing we checked was our bathtub and found mold as well. Immediately went down and asked to change rooms. We received an apology but was also asked if we touched anything. You should be more concerned about a health hazard such as mold and not if we touched anything. Was told the only room left was an adjoining room (which I asked not to have when we first checked in). Got to the new room and saw how filthy it was. The other family staying there said their room had a layer of dust. Our toilet seat was cracked (big crack), there was hair/dirt and what I assume was pee (pee color) was on the base of the toilet in the back. On the floor in the corner of the tub was the same-built up hair/dirt, and a yellow color. The bathroom door didn't shut all the way either. The lights above the mirror flickered off and on. We were booked to stay 3 nights but were only given 2 washcloths and had to ask for more. The lampshades were stained. We pulled the bed covers back to check for bugs and did not find any but I still felt dirty so I wore socks to bed. The TV didn't work- it wasn't hooked up to anything. The fridge wasn't plugged in. The adjoining door was a joke-the latch wasn't attached to anything! Didn't feel safe and put the small table in front of the door. Heard everything from that room and above!

The linens were dirty, and the shower curtains were filthy. I requested fresh linens and a clean comforter. I also had to go to the nearby Walmart and purchase bleach spray, Clorox wipes, and Lysol so that I could clean the property myself. I should not have had to spend my own money or take my time cleaning a property that was supposed to be clean and ready for guests. You get what you pay for!

The front desk clerks really wasn’t helpful. The jetted bathtub had been painted and the paint is coming off, it was disgusting. There was mold above the shower.

I had reservations and when I got there they had given my room away and made no attempt to get me a room. The young man working did not know what he was doing. I will never go back and will inform others about this

Room exceeded expectations

The place seems very nice at first. As I walked the long hallway to get to my room. I passed people just hanging out in the hallways. Not sure what they were waiting on? Felt weird. Strong weed odor in my room, the fridge smelled gross like spilled beer. The freezer looked gross from whatever food stuff had spilled. The tub had other people's hair in it. Didn't notice it til I filled the tub and turned on the jets. The price was well under what I usually pay. Maybe this is why? Bedding looked clean. I think with a few repairs to the bathroom area (room 124 had some water damage in the walls and ceiling) and a staff that cleans the rooms this place would be really nice. Didn't use any amenities so I can't comment.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. If it wasn’t so late I would have walked right back out the door. Shower and shower curtain had black dirt and mold everywhere. Stains all over the bedding. Toilet would not flush and there was poop left in the toilet. Floors had fifty everywhere. Refrigerator had food spilled in the glass and the side table was filthy and still had food on the table. Around the toilet base still has pee all around it. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the staff tried to enter my room at 9:45 and if I didn’t have the safety lock flipped they would have walked right in when check out wasn’t until 11:00 am. In other words this place was a pig sty!!!!!

The location was ideal for my needs The room was in terrible condition. I know it is an old building and there are plenty of excuses but a hotel/motel should let runs where the furniture is busted, lampshades are missing, doors are rotted and the bed broken. Just take the room out of service until you can fix it. You have plenty of rooms and certainly we’re not at capacity!

The staff was nice It was dirty and smelly and the beds were very hard
