room was poor in service. the odor in the room was disgusting. it smelled horrible and sour with wet animal scent deep in the carpet. the whole room reeked of foul odor and when requested to move to a new cleaner room, I was told that the entire hotel was booked. I asked for a new room everyday for 3 days and denied each time. the foul odor was so strong I had the windows open with the fan blowing everyday and night for 3 days with no relief of the scent. the temperature dropped below 50 degrees each . I couldn't enjoy my food in the room due to the horrific smell. inhaling chemicals attempted to cover the diabolical scent caused headache and loss of sleep. giving one star is more than what was deserved. the worst experience and would not recommend any human or animal stay at this hotel.

Had to use a plunger for toilet having to do the maintenence job that as a customer should never have to do. Would like either a full refund or half off this stay. That is very unexceptabke as me bring the customer having to do an employees job.

Breakfast ended AR 9:30 on a Saturday!

The staff meant well and did well enough when we first got there, but the room, safety and noise control were completely unacceptable. Also the efforts from booking.com to rectify were not good enough. I didn't like what looked like blood on the sink, a room that was not well cleaned, and nothing done about a blaring loud television through the night making it impossible to sleep nor did i like booking.com's response.

It was not as clean as the last time, alot of people sitting outside that must stay there all the time. Have to ask for everything for the kitchen and try and pack it upstairs...no coffee in lobby have to ask for it and they want to give you one, then you have to ask for more each time. Breakfast is a joke a protein bar and Coffee that was out and we had to wait for more to be made. Have stayed b4 and each time it is a little more shady. But the bed was comfy and it served its purpose for a one night stay.

Had a kitchen and bathroom bedroom all in one it was like a mini apartment. No nightstand on left side of bed and right of bed there was one with no drawers and a tv stand dresser with a broken drawer. There is things that need replacing and remodeled . Things are getting out of date .

The room was quite dirty. The carpets had huge stains & the bathtub looked dirty. When we touched handles etc... they were grimy, or sticky. It looked like the hotel had been a business building at one time. There was a strange agreement at the beginning that you had to agree to leave if you were going to get kicked out. It definitely felt like they have had problem customers before.

The main positives were that the room was fairly large & while the front desk wasn't overly cheerful, they were helpful. The room was quite dirty. The carpets had huge stains & the bathtub looked dirty. When we touched handles etc... they were grimy, or sticky. It looked like the hotel had been a business building at one time. There was a strange agreement at the beginning that you had to agree to leave if you were going to get kicked out. It definitely felt like they have had problem customers before.

The people were great, and the place was clean. It was only a four-star because of the age of the property. It's definitely got an old-school vibe about it. It could use a refresh, but for the money, it was a great deal.

The kitchen was clutch in getting breakfast and dinner ready before and after long days exploring the Cuyahoga Valley The room seemed a bit dated. The stove top burners looked like they were from last century and there was an unused light fixture hanging awkwardly on the wall. Drain in the tub was slow

The supposed breakfast was nothing more than small prepackaged muffins and granola bars. The pnly beverage available was coffee. Unimpressive!!!

There was no wifi connection, the floors were dirty (walked across the room after a shower and the souls of my feet were brown), bugs in the room, any chair in the room looked like a greasy person had been sitting in it, phone was unplugged and no plug in was found, Parking lot was full of pot holes, exposed wiring on a parking lot light pole and ice machine broken. The worse part was the FIRE ESCAPES HAD TRASH ON THE STEPS AND THE STEPS WERE BLOCKED OFF.
