Upon arrival we needed to pay an additional $50 deposit that was unexpected and were assured it would be refunded upon checkout. Our receipt after checkout shows that it was refunded but I needed to dispute the charge with my card issuer as the bank told me there was no attempt to refund. Our checkout took almost an hour due to others checking out and disputing similar issues. All visitors spoke of the uncleanliness of the property, the unattentive staff, and the unexpected charges.

Me and my family were in the room for a couple hours, and there was BEDBUGS crawling on the beds. I took a picture of it and immediately removed my kids and stuff. The property were mean asf about it, like they knew they had them and still charged over 100$ a night! This place is disgustingly dirty, there were also a bunch of insects in the lobby! DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE SLEEPING WITH BEDBUGS!!!

This was hands down the best rooming situation I've ever had and I booked here on accident but I will definitely be back.

Price and room, turned out to be a kitchenette Not quite sure..the stay was during a less than peak time.

Location A crap ton of roaches I woke up with baby roaches crawling on me. The changed my room from 316 to 116 and later that night a roach came crawling out from under the microwave when I brought out lunch meat from the fridge to make a sandwich. Nope neveragain

It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio

Nothing It was a roach that crawled out of the headboard that they put on the wall and when my girlfriend looked over she screamed because it crawled on the dresser and she never seen one before in her life ?? she’s white excuse her? and I came out the room with my girlfriend and some old Indian guy kept on putting up his phone when my girl was passing him and I’m like what you doing and he acting like he don’t know English so I’m like chill out and he go back to putting up the phone and my girl smacked it out his hand man it was tweaky here then this racist lady comes up arguing with us…almost folded her up and put her in drier she was annoying asf?

My room was nice and clean stayed there about 3 weeks and the mini kitchen came in handy

Sheets did not appear to be clean. They had some kind of wax feel to them. No food as advertised just coffee and hot water. Coffee was empty. will not be staying there again.

Nothing Roaches on floor

One of the beds was broke. There was no cold water at the sink in the bathroom. The oven did not work. The floor was sticky.

The room was very dirty clearly not cleaned before our stay. hallway and room smelled like sewage. Front desk at check in was friendly. The other guests were very loud.

I sent a message about my dog never got back with me so I get there was told 15 dollars a day and 50 dollars deposit but it still had wonderful time with my dog

The full size refrigerator was nice but the handle needed to be swapped to the other side to make it easier to to put thing in and take out. There was only one towel rack in the bathroom which made it hard to hang your face towel and wash cloth on anything to let it dry.
