In regards to the staff, Angel was excellant! She covered all the areas and apoligized for the unfriendly person at the desk, evening shift. I appreciated Angel's friendly demeanor and her willingness to please. The breakfast was wonderful. Well stocked and friendly staff.

The lobby floor was being mopped at 7am which was a busy time there. Poor planning.

Everything was great. The style and decorations. The workers were tremendously nice. Beds were so comfortable and soft. Rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel charged our card for $68 dollars hours after check out with no reasoning or no refund. Stating there was nothing they could do about it.

Nothing Hot water for tea was cold, called front desk and no one picked up in several calls because we barely got any channels in the TV, couldn’t even get a major network, CBS. Someone had put the AC on 60 in the room before we got there and we had to put the heat on for a while. Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. I paid good money for this room. Hampton Inns use to be a nice place to stay. Very disappointed!

Very clean. Efficient and pleasant staff. They go the extra mile . One of the best Hamptons I’ve stayed in! The indoor Pool is very nice too and the long hours are appreciated. . The air freshener in the halls and lobby is a little too strong for my taste.
