Love love LOVED staying here! The kitchen especially the freezer was so nice and useful to keep ice packs cold for being out in the heat & sun the next day, and the sitting area w curtain came in super handy too when my mom wanted to go sleep earlier than I did so I could stay up and quietly watch some TV. I wanted to treat my mom to a NICE hotel experience and this totally killed, it was AWESOME :)

I love that this is tucked away and quiet for the most part. I would definitely book again

The room was so clean and so nice. I really loved having the kitchenette. And the staff was always there to help and they were super nice as well.

I had a great stay but the power was out when I woke up and had to take a cold shower in the dark but besides that staff was friendly and my stay was great.

Good place to work out of OAK airport for a couple of days. Weekends rates are great very safe location.

I didn’t like the fact that the bed felt broken. It was not a soft and comfortable mattress. Two hand towels were left at the bottom of the flat sheet. The housekeeper did not shake out the linens.

The power and hot water went out a couple hours

The room sparkled with cleanliness. The staff was both polite, patient, and consider it. The parking was plentiful too.

We have been on vacation for the past three weeks. We have been staying in this hotel chain for the better part of our trip. This hotel did not have its own pool. We had to be escorted to the hotel next to us to use theirs. We also woke up to no electricity, breakfast, or a warm shower. What a let down. They also charge you to park. Buyer be wear when it comes to this place!

This hotel really needs some improvements. We didn't receive a greeting upon arrival, and the customer service during the late shift was disappointing. The entrance was wet and dirty, and a few items we requested to our room never arrived. It gets quite noisy at night, and we even experienced an electricity outage. There are many other places to stay in the area, so we won't be returning. Hopefully, the hotel will receive the care it needs to improve for future guests.

This place was on course to have a raving review, however things took a turn for the worse after being treated with disdain from management after they had a power outage this morning. I get that stuff happens and truthfully they would have still gotten a better rating even with the power outage, but it was the way they handled it that ruined this stay. Hopefully this was a learning lesson for them after being put into an uncomfortable situation. The property was beautiful and clean the including the room. The walls and ceiling are paper thin though and you can even understand your neighbors conversations. That was rough hearing everything so early in the morning and then the power went out.

Very nice and clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco.

Sun e we bought in Expedia we did not get our Hilton rewards points. Very disappointing

Hotel is Clean, well maintained, and self-serve breakfast is good.

Very clean, except the pool area. We used the jacuzzi and pool, which was the neighboring hotel of Hampton Inn. Wish it was cleaned more often as there were lots of bugs and leaves that had fallen into the pool. Gross.
