Pool was great No breakfast

The room was clean,seemed like they just painted it,the ac worked very good. Is pretty much new,I think. The pillows wher super uncomfortable,the bath tub was clean,but has a nasty and big stain

I was comfortable. My night was enjoyable. No complaint

Location The bed was super hard. It felt like we were sleeping on concrete other than that the overall appearance of the hotel room was pretty decent. Also, there was only one teeny tiny trashcan.

2. idiot renting room next to mine kept turning on his car alarm from about 12-2 am 3. Same idiot decided to run his loud car for about 20 min "to charge his battery " now it's 230am 4. Manager was notified and best she could do was " if it happens again. I'll call cops on him".

Llegamos y nos dijeron que Expedia no había avisado con tiempo y que ya se habían vendido todas las habitaciones entonces nos iban a mandar a otro hotel, y el otro hotel era más barato y no nos dieron reembolso.

Horrible. We arrived on a Saturday night and it was infested with lizards; they were everywhere: the floor, the walls, the railing, the windows, the stairs, the doors... absolutely everything. We returned the key and left. We requested a refund for the cancellation, but it was refused. The lizards left a disgusting feeling and a bad experience with this hotel. // Horrible. Llegamos un sábado por la noche y estaba infestado de lagartijas; estaban por todas partes: el suelo, las paredes, la barandilla, las ventanas, las escaleras, las puertas... absolutamente todo. Devolvimos la llave y nos fuimos. Solicitamos un reembolso por la cancelación, pero nos lo denegaron. Las lagartijas nos dejaron una sensación desagradable y una mala experiencia en este hotel.

La habitacion estuvo muy bien pero el personal terrible. Deberian de capacitar mejor a su gente. Pregunte por tel desde mi habitacion sobre el desayuno y la Sra me dijo que no incluia. Le dije que segun expedia si incluia y alcance a escuchar como le dice a otra persona que eataba ahi con ella que pague muy poquito por mi habitacion como para pedir desayuno y se burlo. Despues me contesta que si incluye pero solo cafe y cereal. Pesima atencion, cero profesional.

Location Many repairs needed. Bathroom door did nit close. Reception closed Wednesday morning so there was no coffee as promised.

Rooms nice and cold,perfect for relaxing. All was good.

Great room location. The room was spacious, well lit. The parking area had so many hugh trucks cramping the vehicle parking spot.

Everything was pretty bad. I booked for 5 we got 2 pool towels only. Our rm ac wouldn't lower or higher and the floor was so slippery from the condensation of the ac that my 2 yr old kept slipping. There was 2 kinds of cereal for breakfast only not what website described. It was just overall horrible

The location was perfect and easy to find. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. I would have liked a little coffee maker in the room but they had breakfast available.
