Great place, the employees were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their elevator needs work, but overall a great stay.

Place was great the only thing that was not good was the pool. It had to much bleach that our eyes where always burning

Muy amplia la habitación, sin embargo la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. La cortina del baño no estaba colgada. El elevador presentaba fallas.

All went well. We were very pleased and will return soon.

Has 3 rooms reserved. Arrived at 5pm to check in but had to wait more thank 30 minutes as rooms were not ready. Telephone and 1 light not working in my room. Room 2 the window shade was broken. Checking out no one was at the front desk. Cleaning lady had to go find someone. All I got was an I'm sorry.

Everything super clean everyone super friendly and respectful and helpful…breakfast was yummy

Room 202 don't take it ac not cooling enough, bathroom door drag on flor ,there is a drain right by toilet and the smell coming out of there is kind bad ,toilet seat loose.

The check girl was super sweet and the room was definitely roomy!

Larger clean room yes it was old amenities but clean. Nice workout room new workout machines.

we got to get nothing but a yogurt and apple! the hot stuff was not refilled! our room was 2 roaches in restroom! in shower ! i almost lost it!! A diacount would be much ABLIGED !! I come to see Family Every 2 months or So and Thos was The worst! Staff was very helpful very clean my children enjoy the variety at breakfast and the pool.

Fire alarm went off 3 times after 10 pm, waking me up. They charged me 50$ a night for my pets. This was not disclosed when I made my reservation. Booking said all fees were included with the price quoted.

When I book hotels, I like to review the area. This area was exceptionally safe. Easy access in and out of hotel
