Nice room

The room was not cleaned correctly by house keeping. When I tried heating my food up at night there was old rotten mc Donald’s nuggets and fries inside of it. There was also some type of smashed crackers on the floor that wasn’t vacuumed I nktced because my dog tried eating them. Staff was helpful bathroom was nice and accommodating for my disabled mother except the po chair for peop with disabilities did not work.

They allow pets and polite staff rooms are spacious

Have been staying there because it's convenient to areas we need to go. The staff is always wonderful and the rooms excellent.

Very clean, nice hotel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was very limited not much to offer aside from bagels, waffles you make yourself and cereal but it was fine. Elevator got stuck and would not close, only one so it took a while. But I would stay here again, very close to everything

Only baf thing was my room had a hot tub and we couldn't use it because the A/C had a water leak they have me another room no hot tub no other suite with hot tub

Room didnt have a blow dryer and we didnt think to ask

Great place, the employees were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their elevator needs work, but overall a great stay.

Place was great the only thing that was not good was the pool. It had to much bleach that our eyes where always burning

Muy amplia la habitación, sin embargo la puerta del baño no cerraba correctamente. La cortina del baño no estaba colgada. El elevador presentaba fallas.

All went well. We were very pleased and will return soon.

Has 3 rooms reserved. Arrived at 5pm to check in but had to wait more thank 30 minutes as rooms were not ready. Telephone and 1 light not working in my room. Room 2 the window shade was broken. Checking out no one was at the front desk. Cleaning lady had to go find someone. All I got was an I'm sorry.
