Room was so so we had a hole in the window

Room was simple and clean, all I really needed. Staff were very kind and helpful. I need to give a shoutout to the staff member/receptionist that helped me with the wifi issue in my room. She was willing to change my room altogether since my service was weak and I was worried it would impact my ability to work remotely. We did a bit of investigation work and managed to get me back online. Appreciated the support there!

The shampoo and conditioner containers on the tub wall were empty. I asked the employees if they would fill it and they said they never fill it. The soap they gave us was about as big as a quarter. Burnt popcorn on the floor and in the drawers Countertops not clean The air conditioning units are old and was choking trying to keep the room at a decent temperature. Breakfast they served was a joke. All they had was hard-boiled eggs, white bread, waffles, and cheap burnt coffee. The parking lot was full of holes like somebody bombed it. I gotta believe these owners have done absolutely nothing to upgrade or keep up the standards. we will never stay at this place again.

The wifi did Not work. Breakfast was sad, but was offered. Staff helped when I asked. I got as expected for the price I paid.

Not clean

When I booked this room for the weekend of July 4th, expecting a pool and a restaurant that we published that they had on the website and NO THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT.. the only comfortable part about the stay was the bed..

Bed bugs enough said gave immediate refund no hassle

Rooms smelling really bad bathroom fittings are very old. They need to upgrade everything.

Staff were helpful though.

It’s 400 plus tax for a week. What do you expect to get. And especially in that area

The room was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. Staff was helpful when I needed them.

Affordable with good rooms. Breakfast and desk staff helpful. Seemed Indian family owned hotel. Parking lot a horror and dirty elevators, but I felt secure.

Did property was very ill unkept housekeeping was requested, but did not get done until about final day. We asked for items and they said they were unavailable. The Electric outlets were out of the wall in our room in the bathroom. There was a cut in the drywall where there was electrical receptacle with wiring showing, so any child could’ve reached in there and caused the fire . This was in the bathroom. There was only one elevator that worked . the hallways were poorly, dimly lit. So I reached this hotel as a double zero.

The clogged drain was disgusting & unsanitary. Hard to believe housekeeping hasn't recognized the problem. Do they report it & then management does nothing? The yo-yoing shower water temperature is easily preventable using a thermostatic mixing valve (invented in 1911) or a pressure-balancing shower valve (invented in 1924). They’re not expensive. The room is outdated & shows a high level of wear & tear with little or no attention to maintenance. The ceiling had a large area of water damage from a leak in the next floor above. There was exactly one handy electrical outlet in the bedroom — a single-plug outlet in one of the bedside lamps — with the rest inaccessible behind heavy furniture. Lampshades & furniture were tattered, chipped, & stained. Several former amenities abandoned but still present are dust catchers and eyesores, for instance, non-functioning tissue dispenser, second toilet paper holder, & wall-mounting hardware for long-gone fixtures. The wifi was slow. At breakfast the only food on display was white “bread” & there was no healthful protein or fresh fruit in sight. The plumbing defects in particular are inexcusable. Hard to believe there are any repeat customers.

It was easy to find, nice hotel. The room was perfect for a one-night stay. We expected more towels in our room (we were three and everything was for two), but it wasn't dramatic. Everything was nice and clean.

It was a nice place to stay and breakfast was good.

Don’t stay here run down! Outside grass not cut inside rooms are worst! Not a well run hotel at all.

Included breakfast is very limited et not so good a bit disappointing
