Hilton Garden Inn Albany/SUNY Area

Proximity to everything

Friendly staff, clean room, right across from UAlbany. My go to hotel when I visit my daughter in college.

Very clean.

Cons: the bed is way too high. You have to be about 6’ tall to get into it. The toilet is child height like nursery school height. The bath vanity again too tall great if 7’ tall. Otherwise, a great stay.

Staff is always extremely kind , and room is always ready a little sooner with digital key. We stay here frequently and always enjoy the stay! Gym is better than other local hotels. Be back in 2 weeks :)

Very good

My room was amazing. I had a mini suite. I had a bath and a half all to myself.

I loved this property. It was convenient to get to and so incredibly clean. Staff was wonderfully friendly. It was so quiet. It was wonderful!

The buffet was very limited in food choices.

The property was right across the street from the university. We were in town for a football game. The facility was very clean. The toilet in our room was slow flushing. Low water pressure. The night worker was not very attentive at all. He was so focused on doing his paperwork and paid very little attention to customers while assisting with snack purchases etc. He appeared nee because we needed help turning our air down and he told us there was no maintenance on site to help him.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Location was great . Right across the street from UAlbany Stay was a little pricier than if we stayed somewhere in down town Albany or closer to the airport

I always stay here when I go to Albany. It is my favorite place.

Comfortable especially the bedding. TV was adequate Wi Fi was fast and good, ac great. Shower had slightly less water pressure than I like but they all do. I give them high marks on all including common areas.

Very clean and comfortable Nothing
