Hampton Inn Albany-Western Ave/University Area

Everything was nice. Staff at desk were amazing… ac keeps going off and on which was really annoying because when it turns off it wakes me up and the temp rises in the room to make it turn on again… makes it uncomfortable 10 min out of every 1/2 hr

Close to the university and hotel was well maintained

Easy professional checking, hotel neat and clean, ample parking space and grounds were safe and well lit, access to major roads is very accessible. AC worked great, room was clean, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was included , with many options and of very good quality. Would definitely stay here again. You get a lot for your money.

Clean room and very nicely-maintained facilities. Breakfast was good. Loved the availability of a laundry room, as it helped with cleaning my son's lacrosse gear between tournament days. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I do a lot of traveling and the hotel is very nice. Lots of stuff in the pantry, The rooms and bathrooms are very nice. Staff was nice and efficient during check in.

very clean as always like all good hotels, the price of rooms varies from day to day. If you catch it at the right times, it's a very good value. I wish it was a consistent rate.
