There were two breakfast locations which were great options and near the mall. The bathroom smelled in the room which caused the whole room to smell. The cleaning needs to be better

When in Albany you need to stay here. Friendly staff, clean hotel, really good free breakfast. I made 2 separate bookings and they allowed me to stay in the same room I just had to check in again during the morning. Seamless process. weather your staying on the Tru side or the Homewood suites side you will NOT be disappointed.

Location worked out. The bathroom floor had loose, cracked tiles and the toilet consequently “rocked”.

Room was comfortable and spacious with full kitchen (minus oven). Hotel has 2 locations for breakfast that offer a good variety. My favorite was the automated pancake maker. Location of hotel offers easy access to business, commercial and retail services. Staff are friendly and helpful. On site washers/dryers do not take coin but use QR code to activate. Once scanned it lend down a path that required my personal information that I did not want to give. Suggest QR code links to cellphone of occupant and then charged to room.
