nothing they was very unprofessional , beds aren’t how they make it seem they are small , the rooms are very dirty they kept giving us dirty sheets and made us change them ourselves , the customer service was horrible there was roaches crawling

Nicely remodeled rooms Air conditioner was not working , box fan in room . Tv reception was not good.

He was in a great location plenty of places to eat in a very short distance

Nothing at all The room we got was not what expected and the room had a huge square fan as no AC was working. They changed the room but second one, didn’t have a coffee machine as they advertised in the amenities. So we left the room and checked out on Friday 10/2.

The wifi was one bar and they couldn't fix it. Bummer. There was a fan instead of a/c which one of us thought was ok and one of us hated

The staff at check-in was very friendly. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The dead bolt was broken.

Poor signage out front…small sign at roadside, nothing on the building itself. We ended up next door at a former hotel, now assisted living facility. Wasn’t told there was no a/c when we checked in…just had open windows and box fans in our 2 rooms. We faced the parking lot, so open windows wasn’t much of an option. TV reception was poor….pixilation on many stations. Calling front desk…hard to hear, loud static on the line. Was not told about breakfast when I checked in, but I inquired as I was walking away because I had seen it mentioned in reviews. Its offerings are very basic/nothing heated. On a positive note, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. And the staff allowed us to check out an hour later than posted.

Convenient Boiling hot as the air conditioner didn’t work and that was in October. Would have been unbearable in summer.Also, towel had a smeary stain on it.

The room I had booked had no air-conditioning it was very uncomfortable The owner upgraded my room to a room with air conditioning from that point on everything was great I think every room should have proper heat and cooling

We've been traveling for about a week now and this is by far the cleanest hotel we've stayed at. Easy to find, clean and roomy. We even stayed an extra night because it was so clean and welcoming.

Perfect spot for a quick trip to Albany.

Room 118 was newly renovated and nice and clean. Very nice people.

The staff were very helpful. It’s also a few minutes walk to UAlbany SUNY Uptown Campus, and also a few walk to pick the bus to downtown and the Albany Bus Terminal

Nothing Hallways smelled awful. Only blackout curtains. If curtains were opened for light you were face to face with cars in parking lot. No coffee. Room wasn’t clean

Comfortable beds and clean room Noise from people moving in room above, breakfast is minimal but OK, hallways smell of other guests dinner etc
