It was close to the mall for shopping. Hiltons computer system was down world wide. Later in the evening a stranger was assigned our room and walked in our room. It was terrifying and I couldn’t sleep at all that night.

Staff was friendly. Game room was a plus for the kids. Room was clean. It was close to where we were going and the staff made sure we got a room next to the family we were meeting there. Pool area could have been warmer. It was cool to swim there. It was a pet friendly hotel, which is ok, but guests didn't care if there large dogs barked and nothing was done to get them to quiet them down.

We have stayed at the homewood side before and it was clean, fresh, updated. Not the same with the Tru side. This was the one time we stayed on that side and won’t stay on the tru side again. Room size was fine but not as clean or updated
