The staff, the lady who prepare the breakfast WAS AMAZING, THANK YOU!!! The bed was not too good, my back hurts next day.

Extreme confusion and poor customer service. I initially called to ask if I could cancel for free because my child was sick, but the hotel refused. Since cancellation wasn’t an option, I decided to keep the reservation and stay anyway—only to find out they had cancelled my booking without telling me. To make matters worse, the phone staff was rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room had broken furniture and large ingrained stain of suspicious substance on the carpet by the bathroom. Staff attempted to resolve the issue with the room. According to staff there was nothing they could do.

Worst Marriott every stayed at Shower wall was cracked & swelled out was going to burst thru if you turn water on. Shower head was clogged with calcium. Black mold inside & outside shower. Bugs on wall above bed, mattress uncomfortable, air conditioner didn't keep temperature.

While a previous stay at this same property was excellent, this stay wasn’t as good. The staff was helpful providing a blow dryer as there wasn’t one in the room. However we were given a handicap room which we did not reserve so we had no bathtub. The beds were both super low to the ground. The mattresses were horrible & uncomfortable. When showering the water was all over the bathroom floor not just contained to the shower. Just an unpleasant stay especially as I was expecting a similar experience from my first stay.
