The representatives at the front desk was very helpful. They assisted everyone with grace and respectfully. The room I had was very clean and spacious. I was very surprised at the comfort level that I experienced.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable, sleep, and nice breakfast Didn’t like the fact that you could not get in the room before three. I understand that is the policy. But I’ve been to many hotels and once there is a room available, they will let you in. Is multiple people sitting in the lobby waiting to get in all at 3 o’clock.

This property looks ok on the surface, but looking around after a few days, not as clean as other ING properties I have stayed in. Hall carpets dirty, lots of fingerprints everywhere. On the 4th day, I was greeted by what looked like a roach while getting out of the shower. Sent a photo to the management number and shared with them at checkout and the clerk acted like it was a usual occurrence. Property not near anything that would cause an increase in bugs naturally.

The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It included a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

This was a one night stay the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.
