Holiday Inn Express and Suites Albany Airport- Wolf Road by IHG

Very good

Room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Very good

Rooms were cute and immaculate the rest of the hotel is a little worn down but it was clean and the staff was very nice

Small bathroom

The breakfast area was large, clean and well stocked. I had a King size bed. Best part was the amount of outlets and usb

Clean rooms and staff very friendly

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was awesome, best shower I've had at a hotel. Breakfast was very good and great selection. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to everything. Pool was great, my son enjoyed it. Only issue we had was when we checked in we were given our room key and proceeded to our room only to find there was already someone in the room. We went back to the desk to tell staff and another guest was there with the same problem. But we were given another room that was thankfully empty and staff was very apologetic about the mishap.

Very good

Conveniently located. Near restaurants and shopping. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was clean.

I called this property to inform we would be arriving late in the night due to flight delays. My room was canceled at 6pm. I arrived at 11:10pm and was told my room was cancelled with no rooms available. The front desk staff didn’t even offer any accommodation at all. I was left to figure out accommodations for me and my family of six. The guy at the front desk was terrible but overall I ended up paying 800$ to stay at staybridge suites

Clean room and very good amenities. From now on, my number one option when visiting my Ualbany student 💜

Breakfast is nothing to complain about.beds are soft and comfy location is good

Dove products made it much better!!!

Property was clean with friendly staff. location was great. Didn’t use amenities as I did a late checkin and early checkout.

Nice room for one day very comfortable . Staff very helpful ,good location . Breakfast was good I was glad they had turkey bacon and they keep filling up for breakfast . Parking is free Thank you

Good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff.

Reasonable price, great breakfast. I got nothing to dislike.

Good location for airport and shops

The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was a plus. The location is also very convenient. The room was definitely outdated and the carpeting makes it seem dusty and not as clean.
