Excellent staff easy parking and a good variety breakfast.

Love this hotel. Near all stores. Restaurants and museums. Excellent hotel clean, friendly and convenient. I would recommend to stay here.

Great place to stay. Mexican food next door, pizza next door, don't have to go far. The staff was very helpful (very professional) the computers were down, so you know what they had to contend with. Even maintenance person asked if we needed anything. We recommend this hotel.

As you know, Friday night, July 31st, check in was iffing but we waited and got our reserved room. The two people working the desk that night handled themselves professionally. Not there fault computers down!!!! Guess we need a good old paper trail management!

When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the computers were down and I couldn't check into the hotel. I had plans for last evening and had to shower and get ready. The staff was NO help whatsoever. The lobby was full of people waiting to check in and I was given no time as to when I would be able to get a room. They wouldn't allow me to cancel my stay. I ended up having to get a room at another hotel. I will be calling my credit card company to refuse payment on the room.

I stay here frequently the rooms are clean and it’s in a good location.

Shuttle service to Albany Airport

Hotel was packed because of a baseball tourney. Kids were running the hallways screaming to each other till after midnight. Breakfast was horrible, sausage patties were burned, the bagel toppers were hard as a rock, they were out of milk and 2 of 4 juices. Obviously not prepared for such a big crowd. My toilet wouldn’t flush and would spontaneously run through the night. The shower wand leaked. I unfortunately had the room right next to housekeeping. Staff talked all morning, joking and laughing, waking me up. All of these things were brought to the management’s attention the first full day and thoughout my stay. I stayed for 4 days. Nothing was done about the noise, the kids or the toilet, however I did receive a text thanking me for bringing my concerns to the hotel’s attention. My flight was delayed a day. I switched hotels. .

Staff was completely untrained on handling a large kid birthday party. We requested a room transfer and was told no rooms are available. Two staff at front desk the next day said rooms were available. We only got 3 hrs of sleep. Everytime we requested a refund, I was told a manager would follow up. After 5 requests over a week, there still has been no follow up.

The room was disgusting. The tub was dirty, sheets barely covering the lumpy and squeaky mattress, the curtains were stained and dusty and the couch / sofa bed was covered in stains. We always stay at Hampton Inns and this was no where near the quality we have come to expect from Hilton. How this place has such a high rating on Expedia is a mystery. It’s in desperate need of an update and was hands down, the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Overall, the stay was OK although there was only one elevator accessible the whole time we were there, and we had stopped to pick up bathing suits because as the ad on Hotels.com expressed, there was a seasonal pool. We had called down to the front desk to see if we needed to bring our own towels and they said we don’t have a pool. We haven’t in about 6 to 7 years.

Room price was excessive. The price does not reflect what is expected. Price gouging due to races in Saratoga.

Convenient Obviously a much older, worn down hotel taking name Hampton Inn but none of their usual amenities. Broken elevator.

We requested an accessible room, however we were told that there would be only 1 bed. I guess whoever designed these rooms has no idea what it is like to travel with a disabled person. Each need their own bed. So we decided to take a room with 2 beds that wasn't considered accessible. The entry way was very tight to accommodate luggage, a walker and the luggage trolley. In the bathroom the toilet was so low it was extremely difficult for a disabled person to use. No grab bars, poor lighting, my husband ended up falling in the night and scraping his forehead. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, carpet looked stained. When we asked for a new mattress we were told we would have to change rooms. This was too much work for us so we stayed, and would there be any guarantee that the other room had better mattresses?

The room smelled really bad and everything was dirty.

Staff is great my only disappointment with this stay is the property has an outdoor pool listed but they do not have a pool at all.
