Room was clean and comfortable. Towels and sheets smelled clean and were fine. Restaurant on site is surprisingly good. Certainly fine if you don’t want to leave the premises. Our room looked out on the conference center in the middle and there was a wedding one night and loud party the next. Didn’t bother us but good to be aware if youre sensitive to noise.

Hotel is nice, staff was great. Room was clean. The only issue I had was the outlet next to my bed did not work and I didn’t realize until I was checking out. I told the front desk, hopefully it gets resolved. I would stay again.

Parking is okay. I do wish wish the hotel had more accessible parking. The location is great, near a major highway. The room was spacious. I do wish we were able to use the private entrance to enter our room. We did not use all of the amenities which are namy. This hotel is busy. That weekend we stayed, there were prom dates, weddings, and more.

I thought the property was beautiful. But with the cost, I was surprised that no microwave in room and that they dont do room service. The pool was a little disappointing and it would be nice if there was a hot tub. The restaurant was wonderful

The Crowne Plaza management and staff take their jobs seriously and perform their work with with great dignity. It was a pleasure to see and experience. The result of Crowne Plaza staff finding satisfaction in a job well done is a (cool) physical plant that is extremely well maintained, excellent service without interruption (literally 24 hours), and the willingness to take responsibility for making guests comfortable and happy. Rare traits.

The staff was rude! Place was dirty and not well maintained. I would never recommend this place to snyone! .

The sheets in the bed had a blood stain. I am not sure if it was changed between occupants. It soured our wedding anniversary celebration
