Hotel Trilogy Albany Airport, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Superb

Very good

Room was really clean, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Very good option if you need something clean and economical next to the airport.

Superb

Proximity to the airport Overall quality Beds were a bit dusty and AC was cutting in and out loudly through the night

Staff and proximity to airport

location and breakfast

The staff on the night shift could have been more friendly

They had bedbugs and then tried to argue with us saying they were crumbs. Our family business is pest control and we had to pick one up to show it was moving and then the staff continue to yell and argue with us when my sleeping babies were in the room and almost woke them up. They changed our room and gave us a refund but that was because the general manager had to get involved. The staff was incredibly rude and was not fit to be in customer service. I will never go to another Hilton after this.

Comfortable room and convenient access to the airport.

Beds were uncomfortable

I will say, that originally I was sort of turned off by the fact that breakfast isn't free. Let me tell you, the breakfast available at the on-site restaurant is terrific and worth the price. It beats the cruddy frozen omelets in a steam tray offering of other hotels in the area. Trilogy is my new landing spot when I'm working/staying in Albany.

Perfect location on our way from Canada to New York. We were 4 adults and the room had plenty of space for this overnight stopover!

If you're like me and prefer bar soap, bring your own. Breakfast is NOT included in your stay but it's amazing and reasonably priced at the on-site restaurant/bar.

Lovely hotel. Smells wonderful, very clean rooms. Pillows are a bit stiff but overal good experience. No breakfast thoug
