This place is horrible. I hope that expedia stops this place being on their website. The pictures on the website are a complete lie. Everything smelled of smoke. The bedding had cigarette burns through it. The door frame looked like someone kicked it in. There were bugs in the drawers and it looked like someone pooped or bleed all over the bed and pillow. I hope that this review stops anyone from booking here. Save your money sleep anywhere else. You will thank me.

When I reserved the room on 6/14 my Expedia receipt showed that I paid. This morning the couple checking me out said that I still needed to pay. Did I get double charged?

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at in the US. Electrical wires hanging out the walls, damaged floor tiles filled with all sorts of dirt. Broken lamp shades, filthy bedside couch like just got picked up from a landfill. It’s the kind of place you don’t even want to touch anything and air never worked. Crackheads right outside the perimeter of the property, this place shouldn’t even be operational.

The sheets were stained. The room itself was disgusting. It wasn’t properly cleaned. The door was beat up and didn’t lock properly. I felt unsafe. The walls were very dirty and had blood on them. The bathroom had the fan missing. This place needs to be bulldozed into the ground!!! The tv remote didn’t work and I had to unplug it just so it would turn off. For $292 for two nights I will never go back.

Everything went good

The neighborhood is homeless and thug infested. Loud talking and loud cars all night long! Laundry room is only amenity I saw but didn't use. Felt unsafe there. the rooms have old furniture and cheap towels that are rough on the skin. I had to request a small refrigerator and microwave that were in the pictures of the rooms but not in mine! Would never stay here again.

The place was run down. It smell like stale smoke. It was dirty . Did not look like picture that were advertised . There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom was disgusting . I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything, room was old, unkept, no toilet paper and staff was unprofessional
-
yes !! Over all the service no complementary breakfast.

I didn't like that no one was there to check me in. Land up staying at a friends house instead.

This is about Best Choice motel in Albuquerque. We stayed one night out of two because the next day we could not get back to the motel because of a massive drug bust that lasted 5 hours. The DEA has been watching for several weeks. Please take this motel off your list of places to stay.

No shampoo or hair dryer

It is a really sketchy place. I saw the condition and the things going on in the parking lot and decided to just eat the cost and leave immediately.

This place was Terrible! I booked a different reservation with Orbitz and that one was sold out. So Orbitz booked this one for me and gave me a $25 discount. Total cost around $50. When I arrived at this horrendous location in the middle of a very bad area, there was a woman and 2 large men standing in front of the front office door at 11pm It looked like a prostitute with the outfit that was worn. Called Orbitz and said NO WAY I am ever staying there. They called and the female outside the front door was the Clerk on duty! The hotel refused to give me a refund and orbitz did nothing about it. Also ORBITZ the hotel has a sign out front $29.99 a night why are you charging $75? Rip Off trash run down hotel. I will attempt to get a refund through AMEX. DO NOT EVER EVER stay here unless you want drugs and prostitutes, Drunks walking around the street. It is a very bad hotel in a bad part of town.

They open and enter your room at 2:00 AM! We called 911 because of the "Manager's" breaking in. While we were waiting for the policeman, we saw him keep opening the doors of other rooms. So terribel, scared and wierd. Finally we had to check out at 4:00 AM to ensure our safety!

Love the staff. Quiet, safe neighborhood. It is on a busy street but close to shopping, antique stores, mall and the shower is amazing!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this hotel

Also, upon receiving the room, the toilet was dirty, like recently used, and my son had to ask the staff for a cleaning.
