Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good. Good location easy to get to. Hotel lobby was very nice. Rooms were fine. Maybe needs a little updating but no real complaints. I would recommend it

Plenty of shopping and restaurants with in walking distance as well other hotels . However, it’s near a busy street as well as a freeway so there is occasional traffic noise. The hotel was clean and offered free bottled water. The refrigerator was the small kind. There was no room safe. There were two microwaves available for use in the lobby. The pool is unique in that it is both an indoor and outdoor pool. My partner felt the mattress was too soft for her back. I thought it was ok but we ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa bed in the room which had a firmer mattress. I was dissatisfied that the room had not been made up when we departed the room in the early morning and returning in the afternoon about 3 pm both days and the room had not been made up when we returned which happened 2 out of three days we were there despite having checked with the front desk asking about the cleaning schedule on the first day, since some hotels clean on alternate days. I had to find a cleaning woman in the hallway the first day and go down to the front desk on the second day to request a cleaning despite being gone for approximately six hours each day.

Room was cramped and not clean altough intially looked ok.Bathtub had soap scum and bottom of toilet not clean. It took two days to get it cleaned. The carpet was not clean, remnants of former tenants showed along the edges, and worn fibers caused a trip hazard. Mold is growing in the closet-which wasn't caught until the night before checkout. Room needs a deep clean. The swimming pool was not clean. Roaches and leaves floated on the water, dirt at the bottom, and filter clogged. Staff said they only clean it weekly, but given the temps above 90° for weeks on end, overhead trees dropping leaves into the outdoor pool, and so many people using it - it seems that cleaning should happen more often. When we went to breakfast no one was around to seat us so after a few minutes waiting, we decided to go to another restaurant in the area. The motel is showing its age, but the staff seems oblivious to its issues, or simply choose to ignore them.

What I got was a room that was lit up like a Christmas tree because of flood lights right outside the window. The room was warm despite ac running all night. I paid 250 for a nicer hotel (not even including breakfast) but the room was not that tidy. The restaurant was really good, the receptionist and staff super nice. I am not a stickler and am tolerant but when I pay a high price, I want my money’s worth and I do expect spotless rooms.

Great room and very nice staff

The bed and pillows were comfy. The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming. No continental breakfast was disappointing especially at a rate of $251.00 a night. The pool area was very dirty. I've stayed at Marriott before and this was not terrible but not good.

Staff was excellent
