Good location, convenient to dining and shopping options. There’s an option to park in a secure parking garage for a fee (which is worth it to me).

There aren’t many pet friendly hotels that allow cats and when they do they are usually not anything to write home about. This property was so clean and so comfortable. I slept like a log with the blackout curtains and comfortable bed. We also really enjoyed the food that was served during the happy hour and had a great server as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will choose this property next time we’re in Albuquerque!

We had booked through Expedia for two nig hts but delayrd our trip because of a complication. When we arrived for the second night, they had cancelled our reservation and made us pay again. The $300 we paid Expedia was a total loss and a waste.

Had an enjoyable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice and clean

The stay was fine overall but our room was right next to a maintenance room that had a loud constant humming. We weren’t in the room a majority of the time during the day but it made it hard to sleep at night. I should have said something after the first night but I didn’t. Everything else was great.

Exceptional

Nothing The hotel is stealing money. The front desk didn’t give the free breakfast ticket, this is the first try. Then it didn’t give me water what I should get, this is the second try. Then it charged parking fee, this is the third try, and they succeeded post the charge to my credit card, I am disputing it.

We had a/c problems the first night. Maintenance tried a "temporary" fix, but it did not work. We slept in a hot room. He said he would come back next morning to fix. I called the hotel at 1130, and it had not be fixed yet. I called back at 330 before I returned, and was placed on hold for almost ten minutes with no answer. I was hung up on 3 times afterwards. On the 5th call, I was told it was repaired, and if it wasn't maintaining being cool, then we could change rooms. We were not offered that the first nite, but the room stayed cool so we stayed in it the second nite...they did offer us 2 free bottles of water! This is my 2nd stay at a Hilton in a different location where I have had problems. No focus on helping the customer immediately!

The fact that it was clean. When I arrived it took the guy like 10-15 minutes to come to the front desk and help me. I thought it was a self-service check-in. I waited so long . The noise , you can hear every single car go by and every other car has an upgraded exhaust . Did not get any sleep .The jacuzzi is not hot. It is simply warm like a bath. The entire high school boys basketball team was there in the pool area. They were so loud rowdy and obnoxious. I had to take my three daughters that were under 10 years old and leave an area I paid for. Also they advertise a water slide. There are no water slides. They took it out. But the pictures are still on the internet. Worst place I've ever stayed. Hopefully they'll tear it down soon.

People were friendly and helpful. Room was great. Guy at front desk recommended Ole Town and we had a great time there. No

Breakfast was great and the rooms were very nice. We will be staying here again.

Arrived to room, was pleasant temperature and welcome name on tv screen. Room was odor free and clean no broke. Hinges, bulbs or doors. Tv has free live tv but you can login into your apps and stream what you’d normally watch well at home. Food was great at the breakfast, French toast recommend but the two eggs meals was delicious too. Will be back again either hotels.com or Hilton app…

Staff accidentally gave room to another guest who showed up at the wrong hotel. Hotel was booked, so I had to find another hotel at 11at night. Staff was kind, just not much anyone could do.

I love the location and I feel safe staying at this hotel when in Albuquerque, NM. No complaints!

The room was clean and well prepared and it was a great dog friendly property.
