Cleanliness and location pay to park

bed was comfortable. The receptionist couldn't be bothered to be at the front desk. Sat across several rooms, within visual site of the front desk and so would drag themself to the desk when someone arrived. Spoke/muttered so softly that I could not hear them/understand them. Repeatedly had to ask for the question to be repeated. Instead of repeating the question, they would say a single word as if this explained the entire sentence. They even went into a charades mode rather than say their question. I found their approach and attitude horrible. I will not be staying there again.

This is my go to when staying in Albuquerque for work! Close to uptown, shopping, food, entertainment… It is right off of the interstate so you can get a lot of noise at night, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The amenities are easy to access and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Always appreciate that. It is pet friendly, this specific location has a great little outdoor area for pets and an outdoor seating/eating area. Will be glad to stay here next time I’m in town!

The facility was remarkably clean and modern… The room was well appointed and very comfortable. That said, however… The room was literally 50 feet from a major highway… The noise level was unacceptable… As much as we enjoyed the room… Neither of us got a minute of sleep.

As always our stay at this location was great! Its always clean and the staff is great! Only down side is they dont offer breakfast bar which is helpful when traveling with kids…

The location was nice The price, paying to park at a hotel that you’re not even parking on, hard beds, you’re paying for any service provided

The only thing I would have liked is continental breakfast. The “made to order” menu was too fancy for the kids, and the only no-cost items were toast. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly front desk people

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms. Super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Added bonus, whatever fragrance they use in the entire hotel is amazing!

we purchased dinner to take to our room which was very good but expensive. I ordered and paid for guacamole but it was not included with the meal. Hilton has the best pillows every time I stay at one. I have tried to find out how to purchase some but have been unsuccessful.

Pet friendly and clean. Nice associates at front desk. Breakfast was an extra charge.

Great location very friendly staff

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issues were: accessible shower leaked all over the bathroom floor; it was hard to tell the washer from the dryer; the dryer took way too long to dry; I was unable to add YouTube TV streaming service (or others) to the TV; and I couldn’t connect my Apple streaming device to the TV.

Good location, convenient to dining and shopping options. There’s an option to park in a secure parking garage for a fee (which is worth it to me).
