Hyatt Place Albuquerque/Uptown

Breakfast was amazing. Taste and look and setup. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would have preferred a little cheaper but that’s because I’m cheap. I totally feel like it was worth the price.

The property met my expectations regarding what to expect from a Hyatt Place. We stayed at this location on our return home. We'd previously stayed at the Hyatt Place by the Albuquerque airport and it did not meet our expectations of Hyatt Place quality. We sought a new place to stay upon our return because of it.

Good

Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly.

Pleasant

Exceptional

Great parking right in the middle of shopping centers

Location was amazing so close to shopping and restaurants. Room was comfortable. The only negative was the elevator- super slow and the second elevator was being repaired. Breakfast was good, coffee was as great as.

Elevator broken and the other elevator barely ran. Long waits. The toilets were broken. Room did not cool.

Very good

great place for a 1 night stay or more. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was an added plus, parking is also free with safe surroundings

Everything was good I enjoy our stay and breakfast was really good.

Great location! The staff and property were on point and impressive.

One request - a small safe.

Clean and easy to access.

Good breakfast free parking good location

Came up to ABQ for medical tests; was a nice calm, beautiful respite in a stressful situation Thanks!!!!

The check in counter was combined with sundry counter and a bar. One staff member only and was not greeted upon arrival. Talked down to about hotel policy of a second credit card to be authorized $100 for incidentals of which there was nothing to purchase. Was told hotel policy after arguing. Room was not well lit. Light switches difficult to turn on. The mattress was a lumpy mess and pillows were very thin. There was a crawl space between the headboard and the mattress. Only one outlet charger system next to bed. The water was hard and shower head not adjustable. You had an ice bucket but no ice machine on the floor. Breakfast nook seating was all through the lobby and the bar. Hyatt used to have great coffee but every cup was old tasting and way too strong. When checking out was not given a receipt as was told by staff a copy would cone from the booking third party. Will be staying next door at the Sheraton next time we are in town. This place used to be great as a Hyatt but has fallen in looks, practices, standards and customer service.

Not a place that I try again.

Great hotel at a great location!
