Hyatt Place Albuquerque/Uptown

Very nice stay. Rooms were clean and so was the lobby and breakfast area. They even provided a pack n play with sheets and a baby blanket for our little one. Friendly staff

Room was nice but bathroom was dated. Breakfast was a bit disappointing.

This location was clean and the staff were helpful. Cleaning room service was excellent. The shower water pressure was a little to light for me but it worked for the short stay.

It was very nice

Bathroom was a bit small but that was ok for us. Breakfast was nice. I will say, they have a perfume scent pumped in the lobby that is overwhelming. It would be nice to turn that down. All things considered, it's a lovely place, great location and I'd stay again.

Close to uptown, windrock and Coronado shopping mall.

"Terrible experience: My son and I woke up with bed bug bites. My family and I stayed at this hotel recently with my family, and when we woke up in the morning, both my son and I had multiple bites all over our skin. This is a major health and safety issue that needs to be addressed immediately by the management.

Clean room, helpful staff, nice breakfast. Room was a little noisy due to facing busy street.

Read reviews on safety of area before booking here, seemed legit. It was a nice property in an okay seeming area, that was until our car was stolen from the parking lot in the early morning after our first night. Thankfully our car had a built in GPS and police were able to find it quickly. A lot was stolen from inside our car, and hotel did not have security cameras to help identify the thief. Book at your own risk.

Great location! Close to I-40, restaurants and shopping. During my stay, there was only one elevator operating and the bed was not comfortable. Neither were the pillows. The toilet also ran all night.

Great location friendly staff

Good things - great location, very nice rooms, very good breakfast, good shower, very friendly and helpful staff. Not so good - the (king-sized) bed was sloped toward the middle, the a/c unit was very noisy. Overall, a good stay and we will probably stay there again.

Well maintained, excellent breakfast and great location,

All the people that work there were great! The front staff was welcoming, the housekeeping team were all very friendly, the kitchen staff was super nice and the maintenance guy was very quick to address our problem. The elevators were very slow and stopped working while we were there. My husband who is disabled after a stroke had to walk down three flights of stairs. Our shower head came off while I was showering which then turns your spray into a fire hose. The room doesn't have a microwave or a safe.
