Hyatt Place Albuquerque/Uptown

Good breakfast free parking good location

Came up to ABQ for medical tests; was a nice calm, beautiful respite in a stressful situation Thanks!!!!

The check in counter was combined with sundry counter and a bar. One staff member only and was not greeted upon arrival. Talked down to about hotel policy of a second credit card to be authorized $100 for incidentals of which there was nothing to purchase. Was told hotel policy after arguing. Room was not well lit. Light switches difficult to turn on. The mattress was a lumpy mess and pillows were very thin. There was a crawl space between the headboard and the mattress. Only one outlet charger system next to bed. The water was hard and shower head not adjustable. You had an ice bucket but no ice machine on the floor. Breakfast nook seating was all through the lobby and the bar. Hyatt used to have great coffee but every cup was old tasting and way too strong. When checking out was not given a receipt as was told by staff a copy would cone from the booking third party. Will be staying next door at the Sheraton next time we are in town. This place used to be great as a Hyatt but has fallen in looks, practices, standards and customer service.

Not a place that I try again.

Great hotel at a great location!

Great staff, amazing breakfast, clean well kept facility! I overlooked no queen beds, only king & double. Very comfortable bed! (Accessible room was well designed, except standard step-in tub).

This hotel is on a quiet street, not on the freeway. And in a very nice area. Staff were very nice. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Great breakfast too. Very happy with this stay.

Such a nice place to stay. An amazing area, and the staff is so super friendly. Love coming here.

Front desk staff was very welcoming, rooms were very clean.

The place was incredibly clean the room was really nice and tidy and really large I had a blast while I stood there the pool was nice and warm as well and breakfast was pretty good

All I have to say is THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE ROOM AND IN THE BATHROOM! My technician who stayed didn't want to complain but this is unacceptable as he was staying there for an entire week.

our room was ok but our shower once had a shower door then thy replace it with a shower curtain but left the door frame there also shower head was rusted and falling of the pipe. They gave us a different room this one had glass shower doors but there was mold on the frame area and shower head wasn't very good either. Until they remodel this hotel we will not be back

Great price, clean room, have stayed here and will continue to stay here when in town.

The hotel staff is great & helpful especially Christian. The place is clean & relatively in good repair. The only problem is the way the room is configured no one can sleep if someone is up because of lights or TV shining in your face. The rooms have small refrigerators which are nice but no microwave to cook or warm something. But the biggest problem are outlets & accessiblity. There are no USB OR c outlets so bring all your own & one for each apparatus that needs plugging in & very long cords because unless you unplug the lamps & play like a contortionist the outlets are all across the room.

Not as updated as I thought or the pictures show. Popcorn ceilings, slight musky smell and one ice machine for all floors that was broken. Free breakfast was very good though. Common areas were clean and staff was friendly.
