The hotel was clean and everything was ok but the internet had been knocked out a few days before and hadn't been fixed when I checked in there was no mention of that. there was a sign but it was pointed the other direction so we didn't. Our party was there for a funeral and didn't have time to use the other amenities so I can't say anything about them. Our party came down to sit out in lobby while waiting for others to arrive and the front desk told a person checking in about the internet and he asked what are you doing to fix it and she was rude and said you dont have to stay here we aren't forcing you.

Rain storm our TV didnt work thru out the night and morning when we check out. Amazing place to stay but just had the problem that day:(

This place was very clean convenient close to shopping.

Room was clean, felt safe with the parking lot/property, close to stores/restaurants, check in staff were polite.

We were greeted so kindly from the moment we entered the hotel. There are a lot of places to eat and shop around the area. I love the added security of needing your room key to even get on the elevator.

The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was really good. My room was clean and really nice.

People were friendly. Room was great because if extra space of suite.. gave a family of 4 a little extra room which definitely helps. Exercise room had a lot of space. Pool and hot tub were nice. Nice decorations. And breakfast was good as well so overall good trip
