Room was clean. The light in the bathroom flickered badly, and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. It closed halfway and needed a piece of luggage to prop it open. Carpet in the halls stained. Property looks tired, could use a refreshing.

i visit my granddaughter in alb once a year. this is my 2nd time at homewood. there has been a vast improvement from last year..some upgrades, lovely decor (the balloons, the ducks, and pet places). the place is cleaner and friendlier overall. i really do not need a suite but i know my stay here will be clean in a nice part of town. one part of my trip is for us to take a nice swim in the pool which is also clean and refreshing. the breakfast buffet is above average. i like there is a peloton in the gym which i also use. love the patio too. i do not have a car while i'm here and like the walkable proximity to the mall

The furniture in the room is worn and uncomfortable, even broken (the seat and back support). The furniture was also dirty, stains were visible. We were not comfortable sitting on any of it. It definitely needs to be changed out.

It was located in a safe area, close to a highway to get to different places. Had an okay breakfast. Staff was friendly and check-in went smoothly. Room was spacious and had what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had everything for cooking. The bathroom was clean and big enough to move around for two people. Great location Per booking Room was booked for 2 queen beds. Per front desk some rooms have full size. Also 4th room had plumbing issues

We love using this hotel for our travels to Vegas. It's dog friendly, has a kitchen and sofa bed in living room. So it gives us the space and privacy we need. And the breakfast is amazing!

We got into the room and it was dirty. The sheets were grimy, and the pull out couch was filled was black like substance all over. They changed our rooms and it was a little better but the hotel is run down. It smelled like dog and there was dog hair. They really need to upgrade this hotel cause the photos online are deceiving. If I would’ve known this hotel looked like this I never would’ve booked it. I was very surprised being that we’ve always stayed at other homewood suites and haven’t encountered one this rundown. It’s like a motel 6 or bestwesten now. Please read reviews before booking

The suite was amazing for a family of 5. Definitely worth the money. We had two kids in one room, another kid on the couch in the living room (which she wanted) and then us in the other room. Everyone loved it.
