Location & front desk people are usually helpful Handicapped room only has 1 bed. Since I have to take care of my handicapped family member I need 2 beds in the room. So staff suggested a rollaway bed

The beds were soooo comfortable, and we appreciated that each bed had a total of 4 pillows. The TV was working properly, lots of pixelating. This wasn't something that was that important to us. When I mentioned it at the front desk, within 5 minutes there was someone at the room to take a look. They weren't able to really fix it, since it seemed to be an issue with cable provider, NOT the hotels fault.

Destination charger is a plus. The facility is well lighted and we felt very safe arriving at 1:00 AM. Room is nice and clean. Staffs are friendly. I recommend it to anyone I know.
