Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown

The gym, and I forgot my earphones but they had some at the front desk which was really awesome. The pool was down at the moment

good location, good staff, good price...bad air conditioning noise. Not good when sleep is constantly interrupted by noisy air conditioner going on and off.

They are in the middle of remodeling so much can be forgiven, but as soon as Monday rolled around it was really loud with construction work. Hopefully part of the remodel is the rugs because they were old and stained,

The parking is horrible goodluck finding a spot. The carpet is nasty very sticky. The TV would not connect to wifi and i was not able to connect to my streaming services. My stay was unpleasant. The staff were not able to help with any of my issues but were friendly.

I’ve stayed at this property on multiple occasions through a deal we have with the company I work for but this time I booked through Expedia and I was given the worst service. I required a late check out after a meeting was moved. I’ve been able to do late checkout many times before without any issues or being charged but was told this time that I would be charged $75. Not sure if this is a new policy but the employee was very rude during the exchange. The construction was also incredibly loud and you are not notified of any renovations being done when booking.

Good location. I feel safe They are in the middle of renovation. Lots of banging during the day. When I walked in my room, there was a smoked cigarette near the window with a dirty glass.

Wonderful staff and located in walking distance to shopping and dining. I will visit the hotel in the future

The pool was not available to us because of renovations being done. The staff was sweet and helpful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The shower head was very high and unreachable for shorter people. The toilets could flush better. The bed was comfy which is very important to me. Location was great- many good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
