The room was fine, except the TV didn't work. I told reception but they didn't do anything.

Hotels.com has the property rated at 7.2. Seriously??? This hotel was a far cry from a good hotel. In fairness, the mattress was fantastic, but after that, there's really nothing that was even adequate. Oh, there was man who checked me out and he was very nice. But I'm really struggling to find anything positive to say about this place. A 7.2 hotel rating is not even close.

This is a little gem. Rooms are secured by a private gate. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway.

NOTHING WAS GOOD! IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! THE BED KEPT MAKING LOUD OBNOXIOUS CRANKING NOISES ALL NIGHT! NOBODY COULD SLEEP! EVERYTHING LOOKED VERY OLD AND OUTDATED! RUNNING THE SINK FAUCET WAS LIKE RUNNING A SPRINKLER! WATER SPLASHING EVERYWHERE! AND THE BATHROOM SEAT WAS ALSO NOT GOOD! I'VE NEVER SEEN A BATHROOM SEAT SO LOW BEFORE!

The bed was not stable at all. Every time one of us got up to go to the restroom or something the bed moved like an uneven leg or something and it slid. Super unsafe if you have mobility issues. It was a 1 night stay for us as we were only passing through so we didn't try any amenities.

This is a bare bones hotel, which is what I was looking for. The room was clean and I wasn't kept up by loud neighbors. I had no problems at all there, the price range will attract some less savory characters but I had no issues over my 7 day stay. The gentleman that works up front was great, and he seemed to be easy to deal with if something came up.

Damage Deposit

Pretty centrally located along old US66 & I40. Is across from a strip mall, next to a McDonalds and across from a Smiths grocery store, so that is convenient if you don't want to go far for supplies. The place has all the basics and no frills so as long as you are looking for a place to stay at a good value, warm water, microwave, mini fridge, w freezer, decent bed, ice machine, laundry machines, TV, wifi and a security gate to keep your car reasonably safe this is the place. No breakfast. Coffee is available. Rooms are dated and a bit worn and kind of depressing. As long as your hotel room is nothing more than a place to sleep you have nothing to worry about.

Made me feel safe knowing my vehicle was safe in a parked location and that security came through to check and the staff was amazing. N/A

The view of the mountains, it was quite...! It didn't have an elevator, which was a little inconvenient but otherwise it was ok.!

The rooms were clean staff can is good ( owner is bit of a stickler eventually came around) over all nice place to stay.
