My room was both clean and comfortable. A nice sized fridge/freezer, big TV. The staff was always helpful, plenty of parking near my room and a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains to the east. The parking lot is completely fenced-in with electric gates for entry/exit and there is a security officer parked in the lot at night. Great location on the east side of town with a McDonalds next door. Nothing beats a cup of McDonalds coffee in the morning! This was my second stay here within the past two years.

I ended up staying a week because for the modest price it had everything l needed that more expensive hotels sometimes lack. It had a microwave, fridge, good size flat panel TV with an easy to use remote, a working ice machine, a working laundry, a phone in the room so you can call the desk, consistently hot shower, very good wifi in the room as well as cell service, and convenient location near Interstste 40 to.get quickly to Interstate 25. Best of all for me was they have a security guard in the parking lot, which has automatic gates that open for your car, and a separate gate that opens when you exit. I had some camping equipment in the car, but it felt safe knowing there was security in the parking lot. So if you are on a budget and need a place that is inexpensive but has all the basic needs and a comfortable bed, this hotel may be for you. I gave it five stars because for a budget hotel it is outstanding. I was very happy to find it. Like many hotels with two floors it doesn't have an elevator, but when reserving I was able to ask for a ground floor room because I have challenges with stairs. Each time I renewed the room I worked with the desk to make sure I stayed in the same room as I re-booked online with booking.com. So their lack of an elevator was no problem for me.

The bed and pillows were very clean and nice. The price was very low compared to other places. The location was not great, but it was reasonably secure with security person and gate. The refrigerator had been left unplugged, and water was on the floor when we arrived, although when I called the front desk, she took care of it right away.

Not a lot. And this place was highly rated on booking.com. I killed 2 cockroaches in room. Walls were paper thin and I could hear neighbors plain as day. Getting into bed, it sounded like a gong bell going off. No kidding, it did. And a bad thunderstorm came through that night and water was coming in at front door that was closed tight.
