SureStay by Best Western Albuquerque East I-40

Room was very clean and cold which was great in the New Mexico heat. Hotel was very quiet and parking was great as there are several entrances that are close to your room. Will come again!

For the price could not expect too much more. It needs to be updated and better maintenance. Liked that it was right off the freeway, easy access.

The only problem was had to call because the toilet did not want to flush at first

Hotel has easy access to freeway. It’s clean. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast was satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel!

My car was broken into, while parked in the front parking lot. The manager Alejandra informed me they aren't responsible for securing their rental overnight. I request a full refund and ask that Expedia remove this hotel from its service.

I’d give it 3 stars because it is an okay place for one night, but giving 2 because the staff was incredibly rude and not accommodating. We asked to simply borrow one of 2 high chairs sitting unused in the breakfast area at night to use for our 1 year old. The lady literally said “no” and turned around and walked away. Not the nicest staff overall, but again, decent place if you need to rest your head. Rooms very small.

Quick check-in, and the staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was amazing, and slept very well. The breakfast was pretty darn good as well.

Get what you pay for

First room had bathtub filled with mud. Second room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and easy accessible.

The room was clean and comfortable, if not a little noisy from the little refrigerator, once the lights and fan went off. Breakfast was a nice little complimentary offering and included waffles that could be selected and made. Parking was adequate and the staff quite friendly.

Sofa bed was outdated. Almost falling apart.

Mostly good place to stay. Some good parking. Area around it is interesting but not unsafe. Just typical New Mexico. Hotel was clean and what more could you ask for!

Rooms were clean Beds were comfortable Buffet breakfast was okay not great If you’re coffee is a must have in the morning I suggest going two minutes to the Maverick for a good cup Would stay there again
