SureStay by Best Western Albuquerque East I-40

The lady serving the food for breakfast was not very friendly. I greeted her with a good morning. I got no reply. Not sure I'll ever go back to this place.

No counter space at the sink

The staff were very helpful. Room was small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good value for the price. We didn’t try the breakfast but I didn’t see fresh fruit. No coffee makers in the room but available in first floor common areas.

Rude, nasty, ghetto. All the staff. Unhelpful.

Room was clean and spacious, it had a refrigerator and microwave, bed very comfortable. The Wifi was quick and dependable. Very good breakfast. Easy access from I-40

Easy access from the interstate. The parking spots are extremely small and there are not many, so I do not recommend if you have a trailer!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good spread. The layout of the property / building was awkward. Finding the hotel was a bit difficult, it looked like we were going to a very rundown hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised that it was not as bad as we first feared.

The bed was to hard. It was so hard we could not sleep. Driving the next day was terrible, lack of sleep and back pain made for a horrible day. The next night we slept in a perfect bed. It wasn't your hotel!!!

Pretty standard hotel, quiet, clean and mid-range price. I slept well and the walk-in shower was much appreciated. The coffee was very good and free. The breakfast was pretty standard but also appreciated. Waffles light and fluffy. The staff was EXCELLENT. Helped me with my luggage as I have a mild disability. Liked it all. Nothing to complain about.

A little hard to find but not bad

Overall, it was a nice stay. It would have been nicer to have a coffee maker in the room, but I did get some coffee in the lobby. The A/C unit was making a rattling noise for a while which made it harder to fall asleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good value.

Staff very nice. Facility perfect for someone traveling on a non-profit budget. Very clean and beds comfortable. Liked it so much on my way to Arizona that I stopped here again on my way back home. It's now my Albuquerque stop.

Didn't work with the staff so unsure. The rooms were overall clean. The queen been was reasonable and comfy. The blankets and pillows were great. Parking was fairly simple to access. Overall, was good and do suggests

The bed was comfortable The carpet was icky. The vinyl was lumpy and damaged in places. The bathtub was kind of gross. The refrigerator and the microwave only worked if a switch was turned on by the door, so I learned that the hard way.

Very close to our all weekend event. One elevator.
