Clean room nice staff and good breakfast

I was impressed by how clean it was. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows (4 of them) were just what I liked. TV was bigger than most I have had. Enjoyed my stay there very much. Breakfast was also better than expected.

It’s definitely ok to stay here, it’s clean and the bed is not terrible. It’s an older facility. The area is somewhat rundown with homelessness around the motel, but not terrible. The front desk was extraordinary, professional and extremely nice. That is enough for me to recommend it.

My room floor. Carpet has a sticky spot. Wish they had a small lotion bottle for after my shower. Last minute and i didn't have any.

Only the location is little confused

Everything was clean and quiet.

-5 stars. Charged me for a smoking fee and I don’t even smoke. Staff are very impolite and laughed at me over the phone when I said I would dispute the charge. Bunch of crooks. Spend your money elsewhere.

Clean, staff welcoming and friendly, great location

Property was good. Access to I40 was convenient.

It was a sleeping quarters, not a guest room. No extra furniture, no desk, no chair, no place to elevate your luggage, no art on the walls. The mattress of the queen bed was a sinkhole on the side next to the nightstand, and pleasantly firm on the far side. That tells me both that the mattress is probably 15yo, and has never been rotated. At 7:15am, I settled for a cold shower, but it did get to lukewarm. It was a loud hotel. Several heavy doors in the building, started hearing them open and close before 5am. The AC unit seemed older than the bed: very noisy, and constantly running despite the desired inside temp matching the outside temp. It was a rough night of sleep. Parking was easy, hotel conveniently located, and seemed safe, despite being located next to 2 vacant buildings.

Nice place to stay: clean, normal basic stuff in a hotel in good condition, well maintained. Only issue the room was small. Definitely prefer a small clean room than a big stinky one like other hotels I have stayed in. Very good breakfast with big sausage patties and egg omelettes stuffed with cheese, yogurts, make-your-own waffles, orange juice, apples, muffins & cereal. I would definitely stay here again.

Was una really bad attitude. The breakfast was all gone but 8:30 and she give us attitude when we ask if the are going to refill. To many people still have waiting for bit.

Convenient All good

Check in was by Andrea, she was rude and the experience was terrible. She grilled us asking if we were hiding people and said we had to pay for any extra people. I said I understood and she continued like I was lying to her. It was the oddest thing. Then told my mom which has stage 4 cancer and confused, "You got screwed using Hotels.com". The whole check in was out of control. Once we got to the room my mom cried saying "that lady talked to me like I was a child". It was terrible and she needs to read the room and reword her concerns or questions.

The room smelled kind of musty, almost like it had been smoked in even though the hotel is a non-smoking property. The breakfast was pretty standard but they did quickly restock as items ran out.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Exactly what we needed when we needed it.
