Clean room and overall clean hotel. Loved the security they had, property had a fence and gate with a code. Good breakfast selection.

Jacuzzi wasn't heated.. like always

NO AC on the elevators or on floors 2-4. I told the desk and they said it's always that way. Very uncomfortable when it's over 100 degrees outside and you are loading and unloading your car. Also there was only 1 luggage card for the entire hotel. Please do better.

Great Staff

Staff was fantastic! Monica at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Jared with housekeeping let me know that if I needed anything to just ask. Not only did these individuals really shine with excellence! but, they were very personable. They made me feel like not just a guest but, that I belonged. These individuals along with the rest of the staff are what make this stay a step above the rest!

I was traveling with 2 other adults and 6 children who stated that breakfast was excellent! We enjoyed the variety of items on the breakfast menu. All were satisfied and happy as we continued our journey to Arizona.

4th time staying here. This is where I come when in ABQ. Staff, is awesome and friendly. Everything is modern, clean, and safe.

Clean hotel

We had a good stay at this hotel, the staff were definitely the highlight of the whole thing. Super friendly and helpful. There were some issues however with the room itself our door battery died and so we couldn't get in as well as a sewage smell in the elevator area. Everything else was lovely.

Very nice. I had a mixup with rooms and I had to pay for an extra room even though I was not using it and they were very helpful to get a refund for me especially the morning attendant

Everything was great except for the noise of workers dropping pipe or other metal which woke us up.

Liked the newer technology in the rooms, spacious, and best breakfast food at a motel!
