The two girls that were working the check-in desk were super super nice. Upon check-in, they told me that they did not accept cats, it should be on there that they do not accept cats.

You get what you pay for

Wow. I must say it was so filthy I felt pretty gross using the shower and sleeping in the bed but I had been on the road traveling for 12 hours and didn’t have it in me to move to what would probably just be another filthy room. Smelled like someone had let fish go bad in the fridge and they just did a quick wipe with a wet rag. A huge spill of something met me at my door and splashes of god knows what were all over the kitchen area. I am familiar with the fact that it is hard to find low wage workers who care so you kind of just gets what you get when you’re being cheap, which I shamelessly am.

Did not Check me in and rude staff. Charged me 65 dollars for a night I couldn’t use and held the rest in limbo for at least 2 business days. Could be okay for some. Wouldn’t recommend for younger travelers. 21+ only.

Did not accommodate stay, advised they could not find booking and had to book elsewhere.

Cockroaches in the bathroom disgusting

The room was roomy and comfortable. Everything was good except check-in took a long time due to computers going down on staff. However, the staff was excellent at accommodating us for the inconvenience of the outage.

The hotel wasn't clean and the restroom was dirty and only had one washcloth no tissue nothing in the room. I tried to call the front desk and no answer

What breakfast????? I felt that a 3:00pm check-in time was absolutely idiotic, check-out time could be moved to noon instead of eleven. I liked the little kitchenette. Facilities were below expectations, non-working light switches, broken commode. Room was clean but in DISREPAIR!!!!

Better beds

Nothing I didn't stay there, but I booked a room online (booking.com), and when I went to the hotel they said $150 deposit fee, which I didn't have so I cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!!!! I need my refund!!! That no one wants to refund me when I didn't stay there, I called booking.com 3x!!! Why are they making me the middle man!! I just want my money back ????‍♀️!!!!!

The hotel was extremely messy and dirty. Our room wasn’t cleaned before our stay. The staff were extremely rude and the facility was not kept clean at all.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, left sore every morning, the bathroom smelt like sewage, tub was stained, sheets had a stain, made me gag a lot.

The entire hotel reeks of marijuana. I was so fearful to go outside I had to use DoorDash to get food.

Nothing. Terrible area, was not clean. The room was dirty. The bed linens were visibly dirty and had not been Changed. There was a terrible smell in the room. Also noted bugs on the floor.

Had a basic room which had no coffee percalator or courtesy coffee paks. However it did have a microwave, stove and fridge with lots of space. Near many fast foods establishments and major markets like Smiths and Sprouts. Near hwy Interstates on and off ramps. Very convenient location.
