Everything was good except wasn’t sure about the pool or hot tub being that it was in cased within hotel, no sun exposure. Someone came banging at the door early hours of the morning, looking for someone not there any longer. Distributing…

Nice room to lay down in

Days Inn - Albuquerque was very old & dated. Rooms were small, dark & not clean. Pool is inside & not very user friendly. Will not stay here again.

The staff was kind of rude . When we would ask for a towel they would only hand us pool towels which are pretty small . Then I would ask for a bigger one and all they would say is “I don’t have any of those “ and I asked 2 days in a row . Other than that , the rooms were clean .

I would have loved to see Yogurt, fruit, and Orange/Apple Juice. Besides that, a couple of water bottles per room would be nice. If you don't mind this, then you should be good.

The breakfast was not as pictured on site...only had 2 cereals, toast, waffle, milk and coffee. The milk was cold but tasted like it might have started to sour. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was very hot since they didn't have ac turned on before we got there. The bathroom latch could have used some work also.

Little dark molding in bathroom. Chair in room broken, they changed it out
-
Not bad for the price. Nice staff who accommodate my room change request without hesitation. The room could use a little freshening up. The bathroom (shower and toilet) needs better lighting.

Young man who checked me in was excellent. I used to work in the Hotel industry so I know of what I speak. The room had recently been painted which was very nice. The chair was broken. There was no chain on the door toiletries were subpar.

Room was pretty cleaned, as well as, the mini fridge and microwave.

I specifically called this “motel” early in the day when I saw we would be later than expected as we were driving in from Las Vegas. The man promised me he would hold our two rooms that we had booked months ago. I explained it had to be on the ground floor as I recently had knee replacement. He assured me he would hold them and Also told me he would save the two rooms together as we have been traveling with a friend for the last 12 days. Upon our arrival, a very young lady told us she had no idea what we were talking about. Our rooms were on separate ends of the motel making luggage an issue. When we walked into our rooms, it was probably 100* as no AC had been turned on. The room felt very “ unfinished” and scary almost like a room rented by the hour. Facings on the doors had been ripped off. Twice during the night someone tried to open the door. The security locks looked weak. I realize it is a “budget” motel but it should feel safe and comfortable, neither of which we felt. We will no longer ever consider Days Inn.
