Staybridge Suites Albuquerque - Airport by IHG

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There were dirty wet towels on the floor. The sink was messy, the toilet was dirty. There was garbage overflowing out of the can in the bathroom. Someone came and replaced the towels finally, but did not really clean the bathroom. Disappointing.

Clean and easy to check out. Breakfast was delicious. The bathroom clogged and no one there had access to a plunger.

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport and major freeways - easy to get to historic downtown Albuquerque or other tourist attracctions in the area.

Sonja was wonderful to work with when we needed things. There was also a very friendly young man that worked the evening shift that always had a smile and like Sonja was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of variety. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. We will be staying there again.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Free laundry machines. The staff was wonderful.

Exceptional

Good for a one night stay near the airport. Linens were clean and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was actually good! Room was a little run down, especially the bathroom could've used a deep clean and some maintenance. We were given an ADA room without being asked and the ADA door latch for the bathroom didn't function well and the door had to be forced open and closed. Also, the shower only had a handheld wand which could be clipped to the wall and only shot water straight ahead which was difficult to shower with. The room should really have a regular showerhead AND a handheld.

This property is unique because it has a kitchen with full sized fridge and dishes! Also, breakfast and some evening meals are provided. Nice and homey, nice pool. Views of the city, and could not be closer to the airport!

Convenient

The bed was way too soft. Almost felt like a water bed. The AC was blasted and hard to control. In beginning room smelled of chemicals but it was clean. Heard there were light bagel breakfast from 4 AM but it was not the case when i left by 5 am.

Location to airport. Clean. Front desk receptionist. Nearby restaurant Beds in room were two full size. Unusual not to have two queens

Nicely located. Clean hotel with breakfast and "social hour". No drinks were served at social hour (contrary to what I had read) but it was a nice touch. Would stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Hotel had everything I needed and more.

The TV didn't work in the living room area

Staff was so nice, even the ladies who'd work in the kitchen for breakfast. Best breakfast option. The room was so neat and clean as expected. Great stay!

The bathtub needed to be unclogged.

Didn’t use the amenities, but the place was well kept and the staff was helpful. Close to basically everything, I’ll be staying here next trip to ABQ.
