Sunport Suites near Albuquerque Airport I 25

The hotel was under construction, elevator was dirty, no breakfast, the room had a bad odor, door didn't not locked. Staff was terrible.. I haven't received my $60.00 security deposit and my cancel of $55.00 is not back on my credit card, front desk says, he doesn't know how to work the computer, check on August 15, was about an hour wait.. This hotel is terrible and horrible..

Property is in major reno stage & is not suited for having guests. NO coffee maker, shuttle, breakfast, 1 free bottle of H2O. Description, photos on site didn't match. Not even lobby seats to wait for a taxi. Night desk person was very nice and new. He quickly reassigned a room when I reported infestation in the first room, however a cockroach was crawling on the wall in the room. There was no warning of renovation work on website.

The place was looking old. There were holds in doors, scratches in walls and I saw a bug in the room bathroom.

What could I say besides "Such money, such goods" or "You get what you pay for"

We’ve stayed at other Quality Suites before—this was, by far, the worst.

I do need to say that the front desk totally understood my discomfort and worked with me to get a refund from Hotels.com.

Horrible in every way. We left after seeing 4 different rooms. All weren't clean, and even one the second room was occupied and the third was a handicap room which ha a large bag of trash with used diapers and food containers on the counter and bed wasn't made and smelled bad! The forth room wasn't clean and AC didn't work. I asked to cancel and wanted a receipt with refund but the lady refused to provide that.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The room was lobby were falling apart, everything was filthy, the bathroom door didn't latch, the faucet handle fell off, the breakfast was cancelled, the pool was shut down...... We ended up checking out 30 minutes after getting there. It was terrible! I travel in budget hotels all the time and I've never not stayed the night. And then, when Expedia tried to get in contact with them to issue a refund, they wouldn't answer! I'm out my money and still had to book another hotel. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had!! Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Worst place to stay do not waste your money

Entire hotel seems run down. Holes in the walls, stains and dirt throughout. Honestly not sure there is any cleaning staff at all, never saw anyone other than the front desk person. Worst part was that there was no hot water in the shower. Easily one of the three worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, would not recommend.

The pool and breakfast are closed.

No working pool, or vending. Old smoke smell. Property was filthy, the halls haven’t been swept or mopped in years. Marker written numbers on the doors or post its taped on. The room didn’t feel safe to sleep in, we slept in our clothes. Horrible stay. Do not recommend, wasted our money none of us slept. Even the beds looked slept in already.

They did renovations in the room, but you can tell it was a rush job. False advertising about continental breakfast.
