The person who checked us in was extremely helpful. We checked in around 1:00 a.m. after a long day. She extended our checkout time, recommended transportation back to the airport for our next flight, pointed out amenities and other helpful tips for 2 tired travelers.

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt Place in the groupings of hotels by the Albuquerque airport, both were disasters. We were very pleasantly surprised by our visit to the Holiday Inn Express! The staff were great, very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was a great selection and they kept the area very clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay and will be back the next time we come through NM.

We were given a room close to the pool!! Was excellent especially with kids. Floors get very slick in the restroom. Even when you try to dry it with a towel.

No secure parking. Had my cargo trailer stolen from my pickup truck during the night.

They have friendly staff and easy parking. But the money return for the hold you don't get back for a few days. Not at check out like they say.
