My stay at the Garner was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the location was very convenient.

The last time I stayed, they were renovating. Still good stay . This time nice and clean. Afternoon hostess very nice welcoming. Morning hostess not nice

The room excessively smelled of bleach. I wondered if someone had died and they needed the bleach to remove all the blood. A unique aspect of this property was that I have never had a property give out keys to other people and attempt to allow others to access my stuff. We were woken up after 10pm by people who were given keys to our room as well. Exciting and unique -- lucky we were there and could protect our stuff. Also, the key system was terrible. Any time we wanted to use our keys they would not open the doors for us. Staff were often missing from the front desk and out vaping in the parking lot. I would not wish our experience on anyone who is looking for rest.

Good location next to airport, easy access. Thin walls, people stomping up and down late into night and slamming doors and talking loudly.

Excellent staff, good breakfast and clean room! The walls are a little thin so I heard my neighbors but overall a great stay!

I arrived at the hotel a bit early, and the first two ladies working the front desk were very helpful. They also allowed me to enter my room a bit early. A few hours later, around 5:00 p.m., I started to hear loud conversations coming from below at the front desk. I was in the first unit on the second floor overlooking the front desk. The person covering the desk along with others spoke extremely loud. This went on well after midnight. I had an early flight to catch and was not able to get ANY sleep. When I went downstairs to check out at 4:00 a.m., a different person was covering the front desk. I told him was had happened. Although he was very nice, I don't believe he really understood what I experienced. Never again will I stay at this hotel.
