The front office staff is great. Basic lodging.

There was many bed bugs and it smelled horrible. The sheets were stained and there was a lot of bad people.

The price is right. There are a lot of people living there and they are messy.

The place looks better in photos but the reality was not very clean, and what I didn't like was that it was a non-smoking area and some people were smoking a few feet from my room and it was 1am and they had very loud music.

Breakfast was coffee, pkg muffins, oatmeal, granola bars.

Sufficient for a one night stay. Felt a little "notice your surroundings" with all the people that live there more permanent just hanging out outside. I guess, where else would you go if that was your living situation? Didn't feel unsafe, just a lil loitery (I know that's not a word).

That it was close to the airport Old, run down. Loud people visiting outside our door till 3am

Location great. Breakfast a little scanty. I don't like breakfast so didn't care and usually Motel coffee isn't good anyway so I declined. My husband, who has also stayed there without me, wasn't satisfied with a breakfast. It's just something sustainable to get on your way but not for somebody who actually eats breakfast and is used to them in other motels. My own complaint was the exterior of my room which was impeccable. The trash area looks a little congested and more like homeless people are living there. I guess there are some Extended Stay people but the trash area shouldn't reveal that to the people who are there for only one night. Also the cement floor area leading to the rooms seemed a little sketchy like it needed to be scrubbed but honestly I don't care because I only care about my own room which was perfect but just telling you how it looks from the outside, not able to compete with other motels but maybe your price reflects that anyway. I would stay again but felt at the area was a little sketch

Access easy, clean

Attendant was friendly. Location fine. Trashy.Each floor could use cleaning including elevator. I took the hit, paid the overnight fee and found somewhere else to stay.

Close to airport Homeless dude

You get what you pay for as they say. Maintenance personnel need to learn how to paint and keep stairways clean
