Extended Stay America Suites Albuquerque Airport

We had to wait for almost 30-45 minutes to check in bcoz the system was ‘updating’. And finally when we got the room it was not chained bottles under bed. Bathroom door was locked and finally when we could open it the bathroom smelled of weed! We need a refund. Period!

The room was outdated didn’t like that I had to kill several roaches. I also didn’t like that the room was not cleaned daily I was told for an extra charge they would come in. It surprises me that this property is so close to the airport yet not very clean at all. I will not stay again.

I think the hotel in general is relatively good value for the price. The only problem was that the computer was down and the check-in took almost 1 hour.

I liked that the property is close to the airport. I was looking for a place that had a microwave and refrigerator and not too expensive. This property fit my needs for that. What I didn’t like was the lock on the door didn’t work well and was bent. The place was a bit run down as well.

Hotel is being renovated. Bad thing about it was that the persons renovating hotel are staying there and they had a party, people were talking, singing and whistling. Didn’t get much sleep. Air conditioning works great, we just turned it down cause my mother was cold. I was disappointed with myself cause I didn’t look correctly at hotel info, that it didn’t have a pool or continental breakfast. It was just a simple grab and go breakfast. Room was clean but elevator and stairwells were very dirty. Sadly to say we won’t be staying there anytime soon!!!

It was fine for a quick weekend stay. Apparently i got a renovated room and asked for a non smoking unit, but it still smelled like smoke. The water did not drain in the sink and it smelled like sewer pretty bad. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was nice. Good location. All in all, it was fine.

Construction was being done so it was very loud not to mention i woke up w a big dent on my car i believe they dropped something on my hood . Also when i went to try n extend ny stay they said i could not w no explanation.. one staff member was nice the rest where judgemental as all heck

Do NOT stay here unless you want to be kept up all night by loud people who use this place as a residence, they leave their doors open, they smoke THC all over the property, it smells like THC all over. The inside of the room was marginally clean. The staff were nice but the dont enforce the no-smoking withing 100ft of the building rule. They also do not enforce noise orders.

The staff is excellent, particularly Gloria, who is a great problem solver. I understand that they are remodeling. Lack of a bedside lamp was a problem and the ac was very noisy.

Nothing went well. Room allotted had single bed and not Full Bed/Double Bed as advertised on Booking.com. Gloria the reception manager made me wait for appx 10 min to find my booking despite paid confirmation and welcome message from property citing her system did not have my details only to find it later, after saying my first name on booking was only 'Arun'. She kept asking for $10 for upgrading to Queen Bed, and I protested and called Booking.com support who then called her and by the time she realized her goof up and allotted a Queen Bed. Due to this bed issue she changed our room only for us to later discover that the room above was being renovated and we had an unpleasant noises all through Aug 08 right from 8 AM which forced us to check out around 9 AM instead of 11 AM.

I checked out early for safety reasons! Some lady was trying to open my hotel door. Stains on the bedding and showers curtains. My daughter was scared to walk up the stairs from the parking lot. The police came running up the stairs. Gloria tried to refuse checking me out early. I told my daughter and I weren’t comfortable staying after what we experienced. She eventually checked me out but refused to give me my receipt as proof! I’ll never recommend anyone stay here!

Location. Close to where we wanted. Everything was good, nothing we didn't like.
