the staff was cool & friendly no one wants to take responsibility, accountability, or held liable for the refund due to the rooms having bugs in the beds booking.com passes it on to the motel, the motel passes it back to booking.com so if you cancel due to a health risk booking.com nor the motel will refund the money. your out your money

Everything was ok but the room smelled Tabaco and there were like 6 or 7 guys drinking beer and saying inappropriate things just at the balcony next to our door. Definitely not a family hotel

Great AC kinda loud because of renovations going on but it was good.

Has to pay for parking. I thought it would be free

No amenities. Dirty, smells, no ice!!! Hard SMALL bed for 2 didn't work so well. Water everywhere after shower. No towels to clean up. No phone cord, T.V didn't work. Looks like people are living there or just loitering. Save yourself and spend a few extra bucks. There are plenty of hotels on that block

The breakfast was pretty lame. Packaged muffins with lots of sugar and preservatives, packets of oatmeal ready for hot water, and instant decaf coffee, if you don’t want caffeine. I appreciate that they are in the process of renovations, so I’ll give them a break there, but would really encourage a room inspection after cleaning. It isn’t thorough.

My non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and my next door were talking and laughing on the balcony until about 1am. I will never return

Expedia failed and overbooked and the manager on duty got me a room and handled the situation wonderfully. I can't thank her enough. I wish I remembered her name, Shaina maybe?

Basic but clean and functional

Room was very clean and new. Other rooms were mid construction but we never heard it. Quick grab and go breakfast was convenient. Desk closed at 11pm, but we were late with a late flight. Attendant came quickly when we rang the bell to check us in.

We had to wait for almost 30-45 minutes to check in bcoz the system was ‘updating’. And finally when we got the room it was not chained bottles under bed. Bathroom door was locked and finally when we could open it the bathroom smelled of weed! We need a refund. Period!

The room was outdated didn’t like that I had to kill several roaches. I also didn’t like that the room was not cleaned daily I was told for an extra charge they would come in. It surprises me that this property is so close to the airport yet not very clean at all. I will not stay again.
