Courtyard by Marriott Albuquerque Airport

Good

Location had different places to eat Our AC did not work even after we told management. Restroom was dirty. And front desk people were rude when asking for help with the AC

Exceptional

Close to airport, prompt shuttle. Staff great.

All good!

If using a 3rd party ensure that the hotel truly has space . Some third parties over book, even if the hotel is unavailable. Excellent hotel service. Highly recommend

Helpful staff

The seating area downstairs was great Nothing

Clean, nice staff, nice facility A few small things needed repair or replacement.

The property is clean and well maintained. Close to the airport. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice diner/grill in the lobby.

Exceptional

Great place to stay at. Ac worked great

Very good

The room smelt of chemicals…maybe deodorizer?

The rooms were clean and tidy. The only hiccup was a pretty slow check in process. But the staff were helpful.

Great staff very nice rooms with large flat scree tv's.

We got placed in a handicap room, room as semi clean, walls and baseboards were dirty. Not what I expected for the price.

The room air conditioning was inadequate to keep our room cool.

The convenience to the airport + shuttle service nothing

I only had a view of the parking lot, but it has many beautiful pine trees. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The best part was meeting the bartender, Esperanza, who was very helpful and a delight to talk to.
