At the breakfast area the ladies Marleni and Alicia were extremely good with the service they were providing the guests . Very professional and ki g. Nothing we had a great experience.

It needed better maintenance. The bathtub was gross!! Very hot in the hallway- like a sauna! Hard to control the temperature for the air conditioner on th room - too cold or too warm!!

The room was nice, in the third floor with a nice view. The air conditioning system is old and makes too much noise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The people at the front desk were able to help with the airport shuttle and Marleni was very understanding and helpful with my autistic son. Nothing

The pool and hot tub and the bed was comfortable The breakfast lady was not very nice

Staff and location were great Could be mold in the shower where a washcloth would go. Our room never cooled down to sleep good. The coffee cups were laughable with luke warm coffee . The in room cups were larger then the downstairs coffee cups

We usually stay here at least once monthly and always had a good experience, but unfortunately this last stay we had a bad experience with someone trying to come in our room at around 2 am . Thankfully I had locked the door with the inside lock and that prevented access, because the door did open that someone had a room key! Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep that night.

I usually like to stay here but was very dissatisfied with my stay. The air didn’t work well. Bathroom was dirty. Bathtub was too high to get into.

When I first got there, they placed me in a double queen room. I paid for a king room. Amanda was wonderful. She quickly found a king room for me and I moved in. What first class service is that. I paid for a king room through booking but someone messed up and tried to get me in double queen room.

Was only there for one night. We got there a little bit after 12 AM and although it was late, it did take someone about 20 minutes to come down to check us in even though I had booked ahead. Super apologetic and friendly though.

The parking was spacious and the room was clean Elevator and hallways are extremely hot no ac also the shower has no pressure but restroom sink is were all the pressure is going breakfast was not good no scramble eggs or sausage or biscuits which is the basics no fruits
