I booked this hotel through Expedia. Before arriving, I called the hotel to let them know that I would be checking in late, around 10 PM. The employee was already upset because he was attempting to charge the card I had on file. I explained that I simply needed to transfer money and that I would call him right back. I called back within approximately five minutes. When I called back, he asked what time I was arriving. I told him around 10 PM, and he told me that they close at 11. This was confusing because both Expedia and the hotel’s own website advertise a 24-hour front desk. Unfortunately, things got even worse when we arrived. My sister was staying with me for one night and had a second vehicle. I was told that her vehicle could not remain at the hotel because they needed the parking spaces for other guests. The employee then told me that if the vehicle wasn’t moved, he would have it towed. When we asked where she was supposed to park, we were actually told to find an alley to park in. This was especially frustrating because Expedia advertised free self-parking on site and off-street parking, and LiA Hotel’s OWN website advertises complimentary on site parking. I could not find anything in the reservation information I received stating that guests were limited to ONE vehicle per reservation. Had that restriction been clearly disclosed beforehand, I could have mad

Strong chlorine smell throughout the building but the staff is very nice and helpful. The bathroom is a little old but the rooms are better, good beds

Staff were extremely helpful and airport shuttle was great, but the property is in need of significant repair and renovation.

Out of all the hotels I stayed at on my trip the past 8 days this was the BEST hotel I stayed at. The staff was very helpful and professional. Over all I felt this is how a hotel is run from the front desk to the airport shuttle. Management should train other hotels on how to meet the needs of their guests. Hats off to the staff and management your the BEST thank you so very much .

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds Jacuzzi was a bit dirty… a little dated, but overall good value for money… rooms are pretty clean … staff were very friendly

Visited last week. Hotel is modernized. The bathroom could use some updating. There was a moldy smell and rust stains on the fixtures. Otherwise, the room was clean. Breakfast is typical continental but not much to choose from- eggs, sausage, toast, coffee, juice, cereal and I think, waffles...and apples, oranges and bananas. The staff that I encountered after 10pm and the following morning were all very polite and helpful. I did not visit/use any amenities onsite. Hotel is in an area with many restaurants and other hotels due to its proximity to the airport. I would stay here again.
