I’ll start positive by saying the pool was nice. Other than that, it is ghetto and I would never stay here again. Me and my two teenage daughters stayed here and the moment we walked into our room we found a dirty ice box, a huge red stain on the curtains and a small stain on the sheets. When I went to call them to tell them my room was dirty, the phone holder was full of crumbs and gunk. They moved us to the 2nd floor, which smelled because two other guests in two different rooms had their doors open while they cooked. On our 3rd day, my 15 year old daughter wasn’t feeling well, so I left her alone while I went to pick my older daughter up from an event. When we came back, we were told by a police officer that we weren’t allowed up to our floor and my daughter couldn’t come down. They told me they were working an “operation.” We weren’t allowed to get to my daughter for 3 hours. Cops were coming back and forth with huge guns and even though I was told the operation was not near our room, I could hear the officers telling the guests to come out with their hands up while I spoke to my daughter on the phone. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life.

Meanwhile, the manager and check in agent were eating watermelon, and had a pitcher of something, while they couldn’t care less if I was there or not during check in. The next morning breakfast was empty while another man was sleeping in the lobby, multiple people came in off the streets for breakfast. The agent was asleep behind the counter when I had to ask for towels. Oh yeah, no large towels in the room, and housekeeping will tell you they don’t have large towels. Horrible Manager named Andrea.

Huele muy mal la propiedad, en el techo del baño hay mucha humedad, las camas no son cómodas, está muy viejo el hotel, y el precio es alto.

Great hotel and management

The staff were friendly. The place is DIRTY and needs a good mopping. I was scared for my baby to even touch the floor here and she is in her crawling stage. It was a very long night to say the least. There was trash strewn all through the parking lot as well.

My main "gripe" was that the only receptionist on duty late in the evening the day I checked in did not know how to get past the "childlock" feature on the microwave in the room which meant eating cold food! She claimed not to have ever heard of that sort of problem reported by any other guests in the past, not sure if she was new or something. This was coming at the end of an already long and stressful day. To cap it all, the batteries in the TV remote were low on power so wouldn't work. At that point, I just gave up and went to bed!

Great for early flights.

I enjoyed the location, friendliness, and cleanliness of the place.

The door to our room did not close well unless slammed. The refrigerator in the room did not work. There were loose tiles in the hall outside the bathroom door. We were told after checking out that pet hair was found on the bedding and we were charged a 100.00 fee. We did not travel with a pet and we informed the hotel of this. They did not care and charged us anyway. We paid the fee because of their claim. We will not stay there again. And we would not recommend this hotel. .

DO NOT STAY HERE! First room I was given had not been properly cleaned or sanitized! Stains on the bedspread (including lipstick smudges!), long hair in the tub, bathroom mirror splatters, sink not wiped down, and stains of who knows what on the upholstered armchair! I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a new room. I had to wait for a few minutes for the front desk person to appear again (no bell or anything). When she did come back I told her the room had not been cleaned. She apologized and gave me a new room on the first floor. I went to the new room and it was WORSE! Same scenario with the other room but with mold growing on the ceiling above the tub! I went back to the front desk to cancel and had to wait a long time for the worker to appear again! I even tried calling the front desk to see if she would know a customer was waiting at the front desk. She finally arrived after nearly 10 minutes of waiting. I told her I was not staying here because of the room conditions. She said ok and took the room key. -10000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Friendly staff.
-
I was knowingly ( by management) given a room( pool side) that the a/c was locked in at 80 degrees F. Could not turn it down. Changed rooms in morning to non pool room.
-
Room was clean, AC worked and cooled the room, check in staff good/check out staff did not have a clue

I had a great experience at Comfort Inn. During my stay, there was a very large group of athletes staying at the hotel, which could have easily created challenges for both staff and guests. However, the team did an outstanding job managing accommodations and ensuring everyone had a positive experience. The staff remained professional, friendly, and organized throughout the stay. They balanced the needs of the athletic group while still providing excellent service and attention to other guests. Common areas were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere remained welcoming and comfortable despite the high occupancy. I was impressed by how smoothly everything was handled and appreciate the hard work of the entire team. Their dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this Comfort Inn to others.
