Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque Airport

This was an excellent property for the price: comfortable studio suite with well-equipped kitchen, large-screen tv, and comfotable bed and bedding. Other highlights included good breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, and mini-gym.

CLEAN ROOM, NICE STAFF, CLEAN KITCHEN

The bad part was the blanket that was on top of our bed had a fish smell to it and we couldn’t figure out what it was for two days until I figured out what it was when I took that blanket out of my room and put it in the hallway then things got better, but it just took two days to figure that out The room I was in room 424 was very noisy

Staff was nice. Very outdated, dirty .

Staff was Exceptional. Room was Clean and Comfortable.

The overall cleanliness of the facility was very impressive. The design of the room was so smart and inspiring. The breakfast offerings and the breakfast attendant Chris were wonderful. Lewis at the front desk was welcoming, efficient, and professional. My husband and I wished we had longer to stay.

Great location near the airport.

Exceptional

After our short-term rental's airconditioner went out we had to find a new place to stay. We found a room at the Residence Inn. Check in was easy and the reception was warm and inviting. Our suite was fully equipped with a small kitchen, full refrigerator, and sufficient cooking and dining utensils. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was great , very clean , great staff. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the AC wasn't getting cold. It would not drop under 80 degrees. It was hard to sleep at night. and they never came to check on it after we told them.

I stayed for 5 nights. Great overall experience. Would definitely stay again.

Alot of space in the room and breakfast. The A/C didn't work.

I stayed in the hotel for a full month. Bernadette at the front desk was super kind and helpful, as well the Lady in charge of the night shift. On the contrary, one of the men at the front desk was incredibly rude. I asked for full service at least once a week and housekeeping just did 2 full turnovers during my whole stay- reluctantly. The Gym needs to be cleaned. It is very dirty and has a foul smell.

The staff were the highlight of the place. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, but could really use an update. Very comfortable beds and kept very clean. Breakfast was nice and I can't say there was anything missing. My partner is vegan, the hotel offered non dairy milk and vegan food options which were appreciated.

Comfortable room but does need updating. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.
