Residence Inn by Marriott Albuquerque Airport

We asked for a refresh of the room and in the 4 days we were there we only got towels after we asked for them 2 times. But the staff was very friendly

We loved everything about the property! This our second year staying here for our family get together and plan on coming back. We had an incident where there was a massive cockroach in our room. Front desk said they’d spray the room which they did. Great service. Will be going back next year

The first 24 hours, we did not have AC… in July… In New Mexico… but once we were moved to a new room, everything was great. Louis, the front desk days shift employee was great! He gave us directions, suggestions, and made my 7 year old feel special. The rooms have a full sized fridge (which was a necessity to keep lunches and snacks). Breakfast had a good selection (I loved the potatoes!). There are many restaurants nearby. And there is a bus stop steps away, if you want to head out without driving.

I arrived at 12:30 am after flight delays traveling from Washington, DC. The unsympathetic front desk person told me the only room left had no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees at that time. He showed no concern and refused to help identify another hotel, telling me that because I booked the room through Expedia I should take it up with them. I will never stay at this property in the future.

Second time staying and the room was bigger than the last one. Great hotel and the breakfast buffet was great. The only thing is that my tv didnt work.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Great price, great breakfast, great staff. Would recommend to anyone & everyone this hotel. The room were so nice that I didn’t want to leave! Lol Thanks to the staff who were welcoming & kind.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a family of three, with all the amenities needed (fridge, microwave, plates, silverware). The location was very convenient to access all kinds of locations in the city. The bed was extremely comfortable! Very pleased.

Our stay was welcomed with a friendly staff. Upon arriving the lobby was small but clean as was the room. We were pleased with the comfort of the room and lack of outdoor noise. The hot breakfast was ample and filling. This is close to the airport and we will return.

In my room the water pipe kept squeaking making it hard to sleep down in the 420 room range. Everything else was nice, spacious room clean, enough towels, equipped with all needed accessories enjoyed the stay. Thanks
