Quality Inn & Suites Sunport Airport Albuquerque

It was clean in our room. Bed was comfy. Bathroom flooring was old and warped, Difficult to close the door over the flooring. Frame around the bathroom door was repaired with multiple screws instead of replaced.l made the room look rather low budget.

Nice location staff very kind

The mattress was in poor condition and the sheet the covered the mattress would not stay on the mattress and appeared very dirty and or stained. We chose to sleep on top of the covers because of the questionable sheets, which made for long uncomfortable nights sleep. The room had long hair strands all over the bed, vanity counter and the shower walls which had us questioning whether the room had even been cleaned prior to us checking in.

They have free airport shuttle on demand. They are so close to airport that it took them less than 5 minutes to drop us. Nice location, fair price and good service

Very poor

Love the rooms, the shower, security and comfort

Exceptional

Not much other than close to park and shuttle Toilet did not work. We had to lift the tank lid and fix the flapper every. single. time. The bathroom door was jacked up and broken at the latch so it didn't close. Looked like someone broke it down. Hair dryer did not work Hell, even the pen to write them a note was broken. There were 6 or 7 guys outside drinking and then a few hookers show up and it's a free for all in the parking lot. I would say it's one step up from a park bench.

Exceptional

It wasn't such a hassle to find, it was affordable and the room was nice! It was over crowded but there was quite a few people staying there, we enjoyed our King sized bed and the room stayed nice and cool for us! We will be booking next month again for our next concert ❤️ Nothing, our stay was great.!

The room was outdated. The bathroom was in very poor condition, I wouldn’t even get in the tub to take a shower. No privacy curtains in the room. Just shutters over the window. The entire building, except for the lobby, was in poor condition. It was freshly painted, but a terrible paint job. Like putting a dress on a pig. The breakfast was poor. Very little selection, moldy bagel, and a microwave that didn’t work. The best thing about this hotel was the price.

Windows could be seen through in ground floor level.

Staff was awesome and rooms were clean and breakfast was great

Superb

It was quiet so that’s a plus but the bed squeaked really bad, just getting up to the bathroom. There was no bath tub stopper for the kiddo and it’s just not cleaned very well.

Close to airport Not very good meal options within walking

warm-hearted and friendly staff, clean room, location next to bus stop, shuttle bus to the airport, big lawns nearby nothing
