La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Albuquerque Airport

Wanted to change my date on my stay and they refused and kept my payment. Spoke to manager and still he would not make the changes. Never will I use this chain when traveling. Rip offs.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom. And worst we left our slippers & pair of running shoes, housekeeping did not turnover to the front desk. Worst stay. Never going back

Overall, we had a great stay. The pool was perfect, breakfast was good, we slept very well as it seemed pretty quiet. The room was mostly clean, but there were some hairs in the bathroom and the only real gripe I have is that the room smelled like smoke, but it was a non-smoking room. Opening the door and window and didn’t clear it, and it seemed to be coming from the curtains. I was too tired to ask for a room change, luckily I had some spray and allergy meds. My daughter didn’t smell it from her bed on further away from the curtains.

The room and bathroom deeded alitlw more cleaning!

Street noise all night long. I would never stay there again.

Regresé inmediatamente a reclamar, porque nosotros aún nos encontrábamos dentro de la propiedad. No entiendo cómo pudieron entrar a la habitación si la hora de salida es a las 11:00 a. m.. Además, cada vez que viajamos a Nuevo México nos hospedamos en este hotel, por lo que nos resulta muy decepcionante que haya ocurrido una situación como esta. Esperamos que investiguen lo sucedido y nos den una explicación y una solución.

Easy access and fast check in

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Exactly what we were looking for close to the airport for an early flight. The AC in our room wasn't working but the staff moved us to a new room.

Hook us up with a really nice room My daughter was loving it! Had a living room & big spacious bedroom. She was running around all over. Wife & daughter happy Is all that matters….

The room was nice and clean but the ac was a little on the weak side, took awhile to cool down to a comfortable temperature. Otherwise everything else was great and even the staff was super helpful

Super easy check in and good breakfast. The room was satisfactory

This was an older property. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. The worst part was that I had to kill 3 cockroaches the size of my thumb when I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom.

Desk clerk very pleasant and helpful

The best part is you can park your vehicle at la Quinta for $2 per day when you fly out of Albuquerque as long as you use the hotel at least one night. Free shuttle too. It's a decent place but due to a lot of construction at the site it was dirty outside. The pool was very dirty. Unfortunately some previous customer left the alarm set for 5:30am and I couldn't go back to sleep after it awoke me. I didn't need to awaken early.

We stayed for three days and everything was very quiet, whenever I needed help the staff was attentive and friendly. Considering the price , I thought it was a great option

It's a motel. Looks rough on the outside but the rooms are clean and remodeled recently.
