Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport

Close proximity to the Albuquerque Airport.

Great location near the airport and car rental return. The shuttle to the airport was very helpful.

No thank you, I don’t like writing reviews and it’s too bad you make me do this so I can submit my other comments. I will stop leaving reviews now.

The layout of the property is great. Great View of the skyline. the parking spots are quite small.

Everything was good.....................

I had to wait like 15 at the front desk for someone to show up at like 5pm. Motel 6 type coffee condiments for the coffee in the room. The bed and bedding was a solid 5 out of 10. This hotel should be better.

Clean rooms

Room was clean with plenty of charging outlets. We had a handicapped accessible bathroom ( not requested), but the shower drain was slow. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning was easy to adjust.

Superb

Parking was hard at surface level lot because they don't have adequate room between spaces. Food in lobby and the bar were very nice and convenient. Check-out was a breeze. Rooms were nice. Hallways were in need of touch ups here and there but really didnt take away from anything. Beds are super comfortable and even though our room was closest to the elevators it was a quiet hotel.

The bathroom lacked cleaning. This is the first hotel we've had to pay for parking. The room itself was ok.

They charge extra for parking and breakfast which is the usual breakfast provided by other hotels. Asked for a cot and front said she doesn’t know where they keep them. Last time I stay at a hilton.

Nothing fancy and then you have to pay to park on the hotel property.

Disappointing

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. Bartender wouldn’t help us find staff. AC not working in lobby. Waiting 15 minutes for front desk staff to arrive. We had to pay $10.00 to park our car in their parking lot. That’s ridiculous.

hotel was great. they were not able to process the card on file for my incidentals. i did not have time to call and get it straightened out so i just used my card.
