Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

Less than we have experienced in the past. Hope the remodel helps, but not terribly good.

Room was clean, staff was very nice and helpful breakfast was pretty good. Problems was how I had to pay for parking each day and how the bathroom door was very loud when I called maintenance they just said "lift it up while closing the door" and left didn't even bother fixing it. But overall good

Nice place to stay with comfortable beds, close to the airport.

Good buffet breakfast! See you next year!

Everything Only one working elevator

Our air wasn't working and as soon as we alerted the front desk, they moved us. We gave it a couple of hours, when we should've done it within a couple minutes! Otherwise a super convenient and comfortable stay

Great staff and proximity. AC barely works. Streaming service on TV didn't work, I was told they hadn't renewed the subscription. The shower had terrible water hammer that shook the whole room.

Area No free wifi, no free parking, no conditioner refilled, plus a fee for incidentals. Elevators very slow.

Location to the airport, the beds were comfortable. Unless you lay on the bed, there is no comfortable chairs to sit and watch tv, ok for eating at a table that goes up and down but I would rather have a comfortable chair or 2 to sit in.

This place was very nice but we got billed for 3 nights and only should have billed for 1. Took a while for them to take the extra charges off. Thanks you Ed for finally getting it done.

We came in late at night and left early. We didn't have any interactions except during check in and checkout. The staff was very pleasant on both occasions.

I almost skipped staying at this hotel because of some of the negative reviews. I am glad I ended up staying there. The Albuquerque Airport Sheraton was great! The best part of my visit was the delightful front desk folks and airport pickup drivers. The room was cool, clean and quiet, what more could you ask for?

Prompt airport shuttle at 4 AM. Enjoyed the restaurant while waiting for room to be ready.
