Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

Fantastic location with a great pool. Thermostat in the room is only for show! The room was too hot making sleeping difficult. NO free coffee in the lobby, just water.

Location Room was nice but cold, had to turn heat up to 80 and still call for more blankets. Front desk attendants were rude. Tried to call supervisor but no response

It was clean and incredibly close to the airport. Maybe a 6 or 7 minute walk. Excellent for my 6am flight.

Clean and convenient hotel next to airport

The personnel of the hotel were very nice and as helpful as they could be given the circumstances, but we will not stay there again. It used to be a well-cared for hotel. Not any more.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had. You almost had to be a linebacker to open the door. There was no counter in the bathroom - no place to put your toiletries, the extra towels, hairdryer, and other bathroom items were stored in the "closet" in the main room. The closet hanging rod - you couldn't even hang a shirt without it touch the ground. Had an iron, but no ironing board. Housekeeping came by 1 time during our 4 day stay and when they did, they didn't leave any towels. Asked for more coffee, they brought all decaf. The front desk person that checked us in was nice, but the rest of them had attitude when we would ask for help. The room phone never worked. I don't know what is happening in the plumbing wall - but it sounded like an old Harley running in the walls. The elevators smelled like urine and were so slow. The halls smelled like a mechanical fire. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

There wasn’t any breakfast Clump of someone’s hair in the bed. Blasting ice cold air and could not get the room warm. Slept in a down jacket

Loved the hotel very clean, floor aisles are carpeted and cleaned . Hotel is so close to airport you can walk there. Nice seating areas, great receiving front desk. Restaurant has great food but really could use a facelift to entice the public, a bit bland, looks the same when we stayed there 7 years ago, needs color, art and music. Rooms are spacious and like the separate bathroom with great water pressure. Love the security parking lot and the on call shuttle. Price was excellent so overall the Restaurant needs a facelift is my only strong opinion.

The wired in electric table and bench seat. Breakfast. Courtesy Coach. I had a problem getting my bedroom door to lock when I went out. It worked the next time.

Room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, pleasant stay with friendly staff at check-in/out and for shuttle services. Hot water didn't work well in shower - had to have luke warm shower. Drain in shower was so slow, water collected around feet and legs while showering (yuck!).

The restaurant was TOTALLY unprepared fir a flight cancellation, so I had to wait an hour for dinner or two hours for room service. No hostess met me when I arrived or at any time at all. Only her and the bartender waiting on many people. Never seen such an unprofessional hotel restaurant See above

- A short walk from the airport - Super sweet server at hotel restaurant during breakfast service - Pretty chaotic. Staff seemed a little disorganized. I didn’t get any information about breakfast, WiFi, etc. when checking in. - The toilet was broken in my room upon arrival (wouldn’t flush). It was temporarily fixed pretty quickly after I reported it, but broke again the next morning.

The employees were pleasant enough, yet they all seemed harried and dissatisfied. See abThe restaurant/kitchen was closed at inopportune times, coffee was too expensive ($4.50 for a black coffee? Please...Maverick down the street is cheap and easy...) the fitness center is lacking (Broken pulley machine, treadmills need updates or maintenance, tvs dont work...) and the elevators are slow. Very slow.

The cleanliness and didn't hear any planes during my sleep I believe my bathroom toilet had a small leak but other than that. Nothing
