No one to help with luggage. I’m 88 and a little help would have been appreciated. Restaurant staff and shuttle driver were so nice.

Everything went well... the room I was issued was very nice and clean and was overlooking the city which was very beautiful and bright. Got to see the full moon early one morning. Nothing that I can think of....

Pool door locks after you enter the pool and doesn't unlock and when you call the front desk no one answers the phone so I used the red box emergency phone no one picked up the phone so if there was an emergency the person would of died me and my friends where stuck in the pool area for over 15 minutes before we finally got let out and the manager didn't care about it after we told them I don't recommend staying there

Very convenient location, very cleaned, and so comfortable. Side door entrance did not allowed us to use, so we have to go to the front door.

This is a great hotel, especially for a hotel so close to an airport. It is convenient, clean, and the room was huge. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Warm smiles any time we passed someone in the hallway or at check in, very, very friendly.

Closeness to the airport, comfortable and clean. 1: There was a very unpleasant odor in the front of the lobby when I arrived. 2: I was given a room that was already occupied. When I approached the door I saw a do not disturb sign on the door. I thought perhaps the cleaning staff had simply forgotten to remove it, but upon unlocking and opening the door, I saw someone’s toiletries and clothing in the bathroom area. I immediately closed the door and returned to the front desk, telling them that this room was occupied. The person at the desk check the computer and said no had been checked into that room. I assured her someone was there. I was given a room on the 15th floor with access to the Sheraton Club which I had no interest in going to. There was a repetitive squealing in the hallway, I assumed from the cooling system. This made it rather difficult to sleep. I didn’t mention this to the staff because I was tired and didn’t want to have to move to another room. I was offered two complimentary breakfast passes by the manager as compensation, of which I had no use for since I was leaving the hotel at 4:45AM to catch an early flight. No other compensation was offered. I told the front desk person, seeing the hotel had new owners, that I had been staying here for years anytime I had an early flight and had never had an experience like this.

The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. I liked the room's table/banquette and the cabinetry near the sink. As an airport hotel, its location was the main reason we stayed there for the final night of our trip. I would consider it for a future stay, but would look for something more appealing first. There were plenty of paper signs around the building that the hotel is under new ownership, so perhaps good things are coming? For now, the decor is very dark and drab--lots of black throughout the room and property, and not enough light.

Right next to airport - and they had a shuttle with friendly driver. Slept well and didn't hear airport noise. Very clean. No breakfast buffet or even coffee/tea. Have to order from restaurant downstairs. I just went to the airport to eat.
