Great stay

-Was not greeted. She asked the last name immediately without saying hi or welcome in. -signed pet waiver the was told to scan credit card for incidentals. Fine, but I had to ask how much they even are. room card was handed to me. -unlike any hotel I’ve been to this week while traveling across the country or much less anywhere I’ve traveled, the following didn’t happen: (discussion of) - you’re in room xx - check out hours are … - Parking is … - Breakfast is …. - Pool hours are…. - Parking is an additional … - Elevators are located over … - Or any other information Like i literally had to ask any specific details to access the parking lot. Simple information totally. Hopefully she was just having a bad day because a simple smile would have gone a long way. Probably not a good example for the face of the company and a first impression

I expected much more from a Sheraton. This property is clearly just relying on their location…which is great but they are going to have to invest some money into upgrades. The shuttle is quick and reliable. Front desk staff are pretty clearly burnt out…probably from dealing with tired and grumpy travelers all day. It smells terrible in the lobby and our room smelled like a wet dog. We rented two rooms…both smelled and we are pretty low maintenance. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms and window wouldn’t open. Never got below 75. Rooms say recently renovated, which they probably were…but poorly done. I meant to take some pictures but I was too tired from a delayed flight and the kids were tired. Don’t spend the money here. Go to one of the other hotels which are just as close and hopefully much better maintained.

Very convenient for early flights from ABQ airport or late arrivals. 24 hour free shuttle service plus a convenient sidewalk that takes you to the airport. Beautiful property. Negatives: Web site tries to trick you into paying for wi-fi and joining loyalty program. If you join, they will spam you very frequently. Walls a bit thin.

Due to significant flight delays, I unexpectedly needed accommodations after my car rental reservation was canceled and could not be rescheduled until the following morning. When I initially called the hotel to inquire about room availability, I was told I could likely find a cheaper rate online. However, I was not given clear guidance on how to make the reservation, and the staff member did not seem particularly interested in assisting me. There was also considerable noise in the background, making the conversation difficult. Upon arrival, I was informed that the reservation I made through Hotels.com was not showing in your system. The front desk associate did ultimately accommodate my stay, which I appreciate, but the interaction was not particularly welcoming and did little to reassure me after an already stressful day of travel. Unfortunately, the condition of my room was even more disappointing. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There were items left on the floor from a previous guest, trash remaining in the bathroom trash can, water or possible toothpaste stains on the sink, what appeared to be urine residue around the toilet, hair in the bed, and small flies around both bedside lamps. Additionally, the carpet was filthy to the point that I did not feel comfortable walking on it barefoot.
