Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites

The room was clean and staff were friendly. The front desk clerk on duty at 6 a.m. on 9/30 was amazing. — cheerful, helpful and kind.

Breakfast o.k Location for airport arrival and departure perfect Breakfast. We're spoiled by the Bryce Canyon Best Western breakfast.

Close to the airport convenient It was pleasant no complaints

Good place to stay, clean, comfortable with large room. Staff was helpful and friendly. While it was close to the airport, there was little intrusive noise.

This hotel is dated and the bed sheets and towels were old and yellowed. However, the bed was comfortable and the property was fine for a quick stop for the night as we passed through.

We took the shuttle to the airport- on the way home the motel would not answer the phone- we called for over 10 minutes multiple times, NO ANSWER. Finally called an Uber and then they picked up so we had to cancel the Uber. I have never heard of a motel not answering at the front dest-It was not late- before ten. But they finally answered and picked us up. They did wait for me at the airport because the airline damaged my luggage.

Smooth check in

Passable

The staff were fast and accommodating. My key card didn’t work and they fixed it immediately. The noise from people going in and out in the morning was very loud with one lady raising her voice to get her partner/spouse/friend/relative’s attention. Other than that it was a good stay

The staff were pleasant and helpful when I had my sister’s suv keys

Good bed. Clean. Toilet handle needed repair.

Good location close to the airport The hotel feels old Needs renovation
