Pool was hot n dirty. Housekeeping never brought new towels after I asked twice. I had to personally go and get them replaced. Cable was worse than a lower end motel. Only like 20 channels and the guide showed one thing and the channel showed something different. Water pressure was low and wanter was only hot not cold in the sink and shower. Not satisfied as I should be with how expensive the nights were. Breakfast earned a few points back. But with kids and wanting to swim this will have to be reconsidered if I will stay again or not.

Friendly staff, clean facility and yummy breakfast. It's also nice to be able to add snacks to your room and not have to pay cash each time. Oh, and on-site laundry was a plus. Some of the other guests were less than courteous.

The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well on a hot day. The breakfast was good. The staff was professional and helpful.

Multiple ice machines on different floors are always out. The sink has great water pressure but it never fails that the drain is super slow. This time it was the worst. It happens in literally every room I've stayed in for the past few times. I stay here frequently when I come into town.

Our room had a strong odor of mold/mildew. It was ridiculously humid and damp in the room even with the air conditioner running. I will never stay here again. The lobby was clean and neat but the odor in the room was horrible. I was surprised by the other reviews saying it was clean. I would hate for someone to waste money like we did.

The room was very humid. The front desk lady was kind. She was the one who ordered another room for us. She also turned on the lights in the dining area the evening we were working late in the dining room. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly, rooms clean. Quiet atmosphere 2 of the 3 ice machines were broken. Pool was closed due to repairs ( this is June, hot!) Cable was out the first 2 days

Quite a bit of miscommunication between the staff, but they are nice. Rooms could use a much needed upgrade but overall fair.

The hotel in general was very nice and clean as was the room. And there was an unexpected and nice personalized message on the TV when we walked in to the room. That's a very nice touch! Very comfortable bed and clean and beautiful bathroom.
