I had my wedding this past weekend and everything was as advertised and some. The staff were super attentive and, without any asking, set up and decorated the room for us (and gifted snacks). The room was clean, breakfast was actually decent and not dry like some places, and the wi-fi never went down.

Very friendly staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast with lots to choose from. Very happy with all of it.

Location was convenient for our purposes. Front desk staff was not very friendly. We were rudely told that “The lobby closes at 11:30,” as we were gathered as a family. It is understandable, but the delivery was rude. Shortly after that we saw a large cockroach moving around the lobby. When we informed the front desk we were told they had just sprayed (as they spray every Friday) and that’s why we saw the bugs. Upon checkout one of our group members was reprimanded by the front desk clerk for not turning in keys. Overall the staff was very unfriendly and the amount of cockroaches seen on property made this stay less than pleasant.

Pool was hot n dirty. Housekeeping never brought new towels after I asked twice. I had to personally go and get them replaced. Cable was worse than a lower end motel. Only like 20 channels and the guide showed one thing and the channel showed something different. Water pressure was low and wanter was only hot not cold in the sink and shower. Not satisfied as I should be with how expensive the nights were. Breakfast earned a few points back. But with kids and wanting to swim this will have to be reconsidered if I will stay again or not.

Friendly staff, clean facility and yummy breakfast. It's also nice to be able to add snacks to your room and not have to pay cash each time. Oh, and on-site laundry was a plus. Some of the other guests were less than courteous.
